If you want a good honest mechanic then this is the place to be, I have been using this…read moreestablishment for the last 3 years and would not trust anyone else to look at my vehicles. I feel like I am completely listened too and never ripped off on prices they are always fair!! If your vehicle has to been in the shop for more than 24 hours (they are usually very quick at fixing and getting needed parts unless something extreme pops up during inspection/service) then they do have a couple loaner cars available. They have ASE certified mechanics who really know there stuff, the warrantee you get on parts and labor can't be beat with free added roadside assistance!!! The waiting area (if you want to wait) is huge clean and comfortable with big cushy leather chairs and a big screen TV - they offer you treats/chocolates and water/coffee whilst you wait. If you have kiddies with you then there is a very nice play area with toys, books, crayons Etc.. and a TV in the corner to keep them occupied for a few mins. I also believe they have free wifi so you can catch up on emails and work or whatever in comfort, if your wait is going to be a lengthily one then right across the parking lot you have a choice of Taco Bell/Burger King or take a stroll to the end of the block and there is a holiday station for you to grab lunch or a snack or whatever. I highly recommend this place I would not go anywhere else!!

I've been to bad mechanic shops and this place is far from that. I'll be coming here for future endeavors. I highly recommend giving them a chance. Their prices are good too.

Sad to be leaving such a poor review for Discount Tire, as I've generally had good experiences…read morehere, but this visit was extremely frustrating and worth sharing. Earlier in the week, I called to schedule an alignment and was told to ask for a specific individual when I arrived. When my appointment day came, I asked for that person and was told they weren't working that day--an immediate red flag. During check-in, I clearly stated that if an alignment was recommended, I wanted it done. I explained that Honda had recently told me I was in urgent need of one. About 15 minutes later, another associate showed me what I believed to be my vehicle's alignment readings and told me they were "really bad" and that an alignment was recommended. I agreed--although confused, since I had already approved it at check-in. Another 10 minutes passed, and the same associate returned with a different alignment sheet and casually told me that my levels "weren't actually that bad." I pointed out that Honda had said otherwise and that he had just told me the alignment was necessary. At that point, he admitted the first readings he showed me were from another customer's vehicle. This was extremely unprofessional and a significant waste of my time. Despite this, I reiterated--now for the third time--that I still wanted the alignment. Ten minutes later, I was told they couldn't perform it after all because they didn't have the required part. In total, this visit wasted nearly an hour, only to end with a recommendation to go to another shop down the street--which, ironically, charges more than the Honda dealership. I now have an alignment scheduled with Honda on Monday. This experience was especially disappointing given that my dad and I recently spent over $2,500 on new tires at this exact location. They are usually diligent, but perhaps being a Friday afternoon, the staff simply wasn't on their game. Regardless, the lack of communication and professionalism was unacceptable.
