I went in to get my tires, brakes, and rotors changed. Long story short I wasn't originally happy with the time or price quoted to get the job done and was about to leave to go to a different place. Dan worked with me to meet all of my needs. Not only did he find the tires I wanted he was able to get me some deals. They also completed the entire job in about 2 hours (I was waiting in the lobby) I couldn't believe how wonderful the customer service was. Poor online appointment system, even worse customer service. Get a call that my appointment is no longer my appointment, and that it was "deleted." Before I could ask the guy if they still had appointments for earlier that afternoon, (which they mentioned in the voicemail) he tried to rush me into an appointment the next day. Also, didn't even ask what I really was trying to do, and just assumed it was an oil change. If your wondering where your 4 tire replacement went, which I imagine is a bit more lucrative than an oil change, it went to a business without shitty appointment software and without rude, unhelpful employees. They also will just straight up try to scam you, from my past experiences. Go to a real mechanic for anything besides an oil change and probably not even that read more

Had my winter wheel mounted here. The pressure sensors on them didn't seem to work right, but after all was said and done, we decided for the short time I have them on for, I can live with a warning light. First off their labor cost is $140. That is ridiculous. I had requested an alignment. The camber was off and an adjustment bolt was needed to get it in alignment. I was told $30 for the new bolt(which is the cost but of course they need to add their 30% so it was $40). Desk clerk claims he told me $70 in labor as well but that wasn't true. So a $90 alignment turned into $200. Now I know not to use tires plus anymore. I should have had him write me a quote I guess. The labor cost alone should steer you away. read more

I can't say enough good things about this location and it's staff, the manager David is wonderful, explained in detail what was needed, and best way to take care of the problems. What started out as a simple oil change, turned into needing a set of tires, which he didn't have in stock. Made an appointment for the following week and he ordered the proper size. Brought my car in for a new starter- they tried telling me it was going to cost over $500. ... that wasnt going to happen- a starter cost between $100 to $200- I finally asked what their labor was and its $150 an hour! Can you believe that! Explain to me this- last time I brought in my truck- got 4 brand new tires, a control arm, bearings, oil change AND am alignment done- and that came to $1000.00- ... I think the pricing here is a little wonky and needs to be examined.... still like the place but have to shop around first. read more

Worse Customer Service EVER: a "15 minute warranty repair" on a tire we JUST BOUGHT last month, has now taken over an 1.5 hours. AND they are trying to find things to charge us, like a "bad lugnug" (um, why didn't they find this bad lugnut last month??). And they continually "talk down to my wife" and tell her to "talk it over with her husband". AND, just now informed us that we didn't have a bad lugnut...no, they over torqued it and broke the shaft IN the lugnug.... And after 15 years of going to multiple Tires Plus, with multiple tires...why is it ALWAYS 100% a "nail" in my tire. That seems WAY too frequent to me.. Save your time, go somewhere else. (I didn't even want to give them one star) Update: it's now going to take ANOTHER HOUR because they got the wrong Lugnug....we're at four hours for what was supposed to be a quick fix... read more

Bought 2 new tires here because they had the cheapest ones. Turned out they didn't even have them in stock like their website said they did, so I had to get more expensive ones. Took them and hour and a half to put those on, then they tried to tell me both of my tire rods were bad, and needed to be replaced. The cost? $420. Too bad their neighbor checked it out and told me only one needed replacing, and for 4x cheaper. The whole thing just reeked of dishonesty. Drain plugs and filters are not tightened after oil change. Massive oil spill in garage after oil change. Upon going back to remedy the situation I was asked to go back to the service bay and observe my vehicle dripping oil after it has been hoisted up. Rather than attempt to tighten the plug I was told I needed a new one. 'Sorry for the mess in your garage as long as you understand it is not our fault'. This happened twice on the same car. I dutifully paid for the replacement part and kept my mouth shut. On another vehicle with the same symptoms I was informed by another mechanic that they failed to tighten the oil filter by three revolutions. Sloppy work and refusal to accept responsibility. Ordered the wrong brake parts, had to wait for the right ones to be delivered. Came back later, only one tech on duty, and he was extremely overworked. I used to bring my cars here for service and cheap oil changes, when I bought my '05 Ford Taurus, I brought it here for all my oil changes, Then one oil change I brought it in, they told me the oil drain plug's threads were stripped, and I needed a new one, $8 Funny... all my years of changing oil, I never had a issue like this.. so when I went pay for the oil change, I told them to look at the service records, only place I did oil changes was here, and so someone here messed it, I will never go back read more

I was warned that these guys were shady. I didn't listen. I had a leak under my car and brought it to them to get looked at (they were the only ones open at the time). They had the car ALL DAY and never looked at the leak, but they did call to tell me that there were numerous other problems including much needed brake work. The brakes were "so bad" , in fact, that the calipers were all warped. Total price to fix: $1,400. I got ticked off, took my car back (10 minutes before closing time) and decided to bring it to another shop during the week. Turns out the front brakes did need to be replaced, but it wasn't as dire as Tires Plus let on and the calipers were just fine. It cost $500 at the shop I went to versus the $1,400 Tires Plus tried to gouge me. Stay away from this place. Seriously. Stay away. P.S. The leak turned out to be nothing -- the cause was something any reputable mechanic could have figured out in two minutes on the phone. read more

Had a flat. Took it to Tires plus. Turned out to be a rim puncture so needed a replacement. They matched my specs with a used tire, which was great since I'll be replacing all four this year. They mounted the replacement tire and got it back to me in an hour. I was pleased with the service. read more

Had some tire pressure issues so I took my car to this place (big mistake). Tell them my car is pulling to the left and my gauge is showing low tire pressure. They get my car in and repair my rear passenger tire, because I guess there was a leak in it? ok... Wrong. 2 days later my gauges showing low tire pressure again. This time I set an appointment because last time I had to wait a while because I was a walk in. It takes them A FULL HOUR to even pull my car into the shop after I've arrived 10 minutes before scheduled repair time. This time they find a screw stuck in my front driver side tire (go figure). After 1 hour and 45 minutes I am told to return later because now they have to order a new tire for me because they don't have one in stock. Now I will be going back to this shop for the third time to fix a problem that should have been found and fixed the first time. No I will not return. I asked how long it would take to get an oil change, and the guy said it depended on when I brought it in (I obviously meant soon). Then, when I clarified, he said, "That's a good question. Depends on who shows up for their appointments." I've never had a business, from a barber to a restaurant to an auto repair shop, not be able to give even an estimate on how long something would take. I'm taking my business elsewhere. read more
