The staff on the phone were helpful to give me a rough quote of a re-manufacturer starter motor repair + towing the day before. I was notified that my serpentine belt also needed to be replaced - which it really did. Lots of cracks. I was given two prices: one price if I paid in cash or check. The other was a surcharge if I choose to pay in a card. It was same day repair - they towed it at 9am. They called at 10am to give a final quote / needed repair. By 1pm, I was told it was ready for pickup! Their lot is small so my car was waiting for me out on the road. Semi-high traffic area. Overall, I would use these guys again for auto repairs.

Her last repair here was awful. She was given a price and even called back and verified that price another day because it was cheaper than a competitor. When she called back to verify the price originally quoted, the employee even asked someone else and verified the price (3rd verification). However, when the work was done the price was double! When she stated the cost that she was told twice, and inquired why it was now hundreds more, the owner denied that anyone would have given her that price since that was the cost of the parts alone. (The work and parts were the same as quoted, so no additional work or parts were added to account for the cost increase.) She spoke kindly and professionally, given her leadership background, but the owner was quite rude to her and not even apologetic about the wrong info. Apparently, the employee did not specify this when she asked the total price it would cost to have it fixed- and verified it twice! The work had already been done so she was stuck paying it. She will never return here and we tell everyone to steer clear of their shady business practices. We found a better garage nearby that operates with more care, customer service and integrity. They should be ashamed of taking advantage of a widow! I encourage you to support a different, ethical garage.
