He made it out to me within 20 minutes, told me what was wrong with my car (what to tell the shop as I am not even a little handy with cars), and had it moved right away. The Chief's dispatch answered immediately. A very cordial and helpful young man named Jack came over promptly. Jack took care of everything from there! He loaded up my car on his truck bed. He delivered my vehicle to the dealership. He even handed the keys to the service desk, so that they could start the ticket to get my tire taken care. All of this while I stayed nice and warm in my house. I didn't have to do anything further! Chief's Towing, and Jack truly made my day, and saved me frostbite!!!
