It's not me…read more Good towing service with a lot of really nice employees and they're pretty straightforward and matter-of-fact - they're located right on Lake Street in the heart of the most important part of Minneapolis you might say, and for that reason I have to give them a lot of credit and say that they are excellent and in a great location and good for a lot of the lower-income people that live around here in the ethnic neighbourhoods and enclaves. I appreciate them and they've helped me out when I needed it on one major occasion and then charged not nearly as much as you might think they would.

I asked if he towed cars and he said let's try a jump first. After 4 more jumps and him even working on my battery connection, the car wouldn't stay running. Given my car not wanting to stay on, and him being so nice and genuine, I admitted I was brand new to town and knew no one, so I asked for a referral to a trustworthy mechanic. He recommended a shop just up the road. I insisted on buying his lunch for all his help and he even followed me to the shop to make sure I got there okay. I am a female law student so I am skeptical of businesses taking advantage of a lady in distress who knows no one in town. This business was the opposite. They were professional, curteous and spent a good 45min of their lunch just trying to help me get out of the parking lot. They also saved me a few hundred dollars and a LOT of hassle and grief.
