She was following her lead in advising that the registration, insurance, etc was needed. She connected with them once again and they have now revised their request and only an ID was necessary to release the bikes. I called to inquire about information as our e-bicycle was taken there and when I spoke to a representative on the phone she was quite rude, short, and not knowledgeable. She would say one thing and then change her mind saying another and cut me off when I was asking a question. She asked for a license, registration and insurance on a bicycle. It's not a motorcycle. It's so frustrating when I'm wanting to get more details on how to get my e-bicycle out yet their customer service is awful. If I could rate this less than 1 star I would.

Instead of leaving our key in the night drop box of the shop we had it towed to, they instead hid the key inside the gas cap door and locked the car. The only way to open the gas cap door is from inside the locked car. I now have to spend $330+ on a replacement key fob for the car to get into it, and also have further delay on getting it fixed. Now I am leaving a one star review and feeling pretty bad about it. Edit: they sent a guy out to unlock the car and lo and behold the key was actually in the door to the charging port and they were able to retrieve it without breaking into the car...upping the review to three stars to reflect helping them fix the issue
