I had noticed a possible problem in the last few hundred miles. The were able to fix it now, rather then having me turn. I am very happy with all aspects, in clouding how clean the place was.

That is simply not true. It is a fee they chose to pass on. Be honest about it. Customers can handle the truth. We do not appreciate being misled.
