Was told I would receive a call when they figure out what was going on. I never received a call and I had to call mid day Wednesday to find out it was done. They had replaced something (aka done the job) without my consent/approval and didn't tell me a total cost or anything besides a few confusing words since I don't know much about cars. I bring my dad with to these things for this reason... I know about my own car now better than him but he knows what things cost. We have never had an experience like this and find it completely unprofessional and unacceptable as I expected this to be a 1 day deal and here I am on Thursday going to get the car instead of Tuesday same day. The positive about the experience is the shop dog inside. He is a good boy. They did fix the part of the service I didn't agree too. Seemed nice and straight to the point at first but lacks customer service to give a basic call so I docked 2 stars for the inconveniences. I will go back though because they did fix their mistake and have been the only people to properly diagnose and fix an issue on my car in the last year.... went to multiple shops before this. Thank you Scott and Tony for getting me back on the road safe and sound! Hopefully next time it will be a 5 star experience.

He's in the insurance company's pocket. He stated that the hail damage was minimal. He neglected to do any that were oversized, he neglected the ones that were on body lines he called them Nichol size when they were oversize quarters. An honest bid came to almost $4500 his bid was $1400. He's working with insurance companies on their behalf. He's not working for you. I wouldn't let the shop touch any of my vehicles, for any reason, if dishonesty starts at the top it goes all the way to the bottom. I would hope to see a class action suit filed against this insurance company and against this auto shop sometime soon. What I believe he was going to do was he never would've fixed it for $1400 he would've billed the insurance company additional. Not everyone wants to have their hail damage fixed some people are OK with taking the money for the vehicle and driving it with dents. What he's doing is making sure the people who want to do that don't get a fair estimate. That's not the way insurance works they have to pay you with the damage cost to repair and it's your choice if you're going to repair it. This idea of giving the insurance company a massive discount is much like saying here's a dollar bill if you decide to have it fixed will pay more. This company is about making sure the insurance companies win against you.

I asked to get it fixed was told that I had to go to their shop Collison Corner, in Maple Plaine. The disaster began when I took it to their repair shop were they clearly were not qualified, and painted it, stripped it and repainted it again. They gave me the car back 3 times being multiple colors. It took 6 weeks for them to give me a garbage paint job. It literally opened and cracked all over the side panels, hood, door panels. I spent months trying to work with John O'Sullivan, who owns the gas station, who just stopped answering, his friend Curt the owner of Collison would not take my calls, after promising to fix it for months. Curts front desk lady told me stop calling he is not going to bother calling you back nor will he fix it.I have pictures taken before, during and after from the Lexus dealership. I also have emails and photos of all the errors Collison Corners made. It is over $8,000 to repair at the dealership that actually knows what they are doing, and neither business will fix my car. So I'm averaging everything out to 4 stars. 1. My wife stopped by a few years ago to get a quote for bumper repair on our old Chevy Malibu. The manager was very rude to my wife and said he didn't have time to deal with people that were quote shopping for an insurance money payout. My wife was furious! In fact, she flipped out. My wife is from Peru, South America, and she was convinced that the entire episode was racist and demeaning to her as a Latin woman. 2. I stopped by last year to get a quote on rust repair and new paint for my daughter's big jacked up, blacked out, bad ass Cadillac Escalade with 37 inch tires. Jesse convinced me that the money for rust repair alone would be at least $15,000. I'd be better off starting with a different rust-free vehicle from a southern state. Oh, well. A bitter pill but good honest advice and much appreciated. 3. Most recently Blue Line repaired my Toyota Matrix. It was hit by the tire delivery lady at Slim's Motor Clinic while parked out back. The insurance company sucked. But Blue Line was awesome! Once payment was finally received, they did a beautiful job. And they did it with lightning speed. They even did some extra painting, which I really appreciated. Excellent communication too. After 51 days, Jesse took mercy on me and let me take the car...even though the insurance company hadn't made the final payment yet. Progressive Insurance sent me here for a hail damage inspection…read more When I initially arrived the employee who was just opening up the shop seemed surprised to see me. He said the Progressive hadn't notified him that I would be coming. Even with that set back things got set in motion pretty quickly. He reached out to the technician who would be doing my inspection. The technician happened to be running late, but upon his arrival he wrapped up the inspection very quickly. Progressive had me block out an 8am-9am time slot on my calendar and I was out of there by 8:45am! The technician was super friendly. He chatted with me for about 10 minutes after he completed the inspection. He walked me through what points caused him to achieve his end results, and also gave me some advice on auto body issues unrelated to the incident. I was going to be giving this place a two or three star review due to how the experience started, but the efficiency and friendliness of the technician really turned the whole scenario around!
