Got prices from a few businesses incl chains (at least one told me they couldn't get the windshield). Haas was close enough to the cheapest so I went with Haas, a small local business with a great reputation. They had been my first choice all along. Pat was extremely helpful, explaining everything. Waited to post this review to see how things went - no problems whatsoever after two years.

That is exactly the experience we received from Hass Collision and Glass. We unfortunately were the recipients of a distracted driver who rear ended us at a stoplight. No bodily injuries thankfully however the bumper on our car wasn't as fortunate. After some Yelpsearch, I was very impressed with the reviews from Haas Collision and Glass. I contacted them for an estimate and was asked to bring our vehicle by. This happened to be a cold winter day when we arrived. I believe it was Patrick came outside to greet us. Took pictures of the damage and a picture of our VIN number. We never had to get out into the cold. He told us he would send us an estimate in a few days. True to his word we received our estimate. Hass worked with the insurance company for the individual that hit us. We scheduled a time to drop off our vehicle. A few days later when we picked up our vehicle, I have to say it looked like a brand new vehicle. The bumper looked perfect. Overall a great experience that did deliver customer service that was second to none. If you are ever in the unfortunate situation of needed body, glass or repair work, Haas Collision and Glass is highly recommended!

Do you want your car totaled? Because this is how you get your vehicle totaled…read more Seriously, learn from my mistakes! This Abra shop does NOT want your business. Boy did it take ma a long time to realize that. I took my FOURTH car in today for an estimate (someone hit me - not my fault) and they told me they were writing it off as a total loss..! They said if the repair cost exceeded 70-some percent of the total value it was a total loss. I asked them what value they were using to be sure the % was 70+% and they said that they didn't know what that value was. When I asked them "Then how can you tell me my car's repair is over 70% of a value that you don't know..?" They said it's up to the insurance company to decide the total value. Slowly but surely...it finally dawned on me that if Abra can't get the $60,000 F250 or late model Tesla, they just don't want that business. If they can't pocket 5 figures on the repairs you're wasting their time. They let you know that you're waisting their time too. When I said that I love my car and I want it repaired and that I was frustrated that every time I bring a car in with any level of damage they total it, Mike quipped, "Sounds like you already made up your mind..." Yes, Mike. I finally came to my senses and realized if I actually want a car repaired, your place is NOT the place to bring it. Because you do not want my business. I have a car that I love. It has damage on the door and rear quarter panel (they probably have to be replaced - maybe 400 for the door and 250 for the rear 1/4 panel) and they are willing to write it off as a total loss? This is the 4th time this has happened to me. And every time we come out on the losing end - even when we are not at fault. Of course I will buy the car back...but that's another kick in the pants. It's worth very little when they decide if they are going to repair it...but it has SO much value when you want to buy it back. So, bottom line, I get a SALVAGE title, maybe 1500 in cash back, and a car I have to repair myself. Just the salvage title cuts the resale value in half - no matter how well you took care of your vehicle.... Take your car somewhere you trust to get it evaluated. If you want to keep it. If you want to have just about anything considered totaled, then this is your scammer-center right here man. I would NOT be surprised if they had ownership in salvage businesses. Abra...never again.

So I'm averaging everything out to 4 stars. 1. My wife stopped by a few years ago to get a quote for bumper repair on our old Chevy Malibu. The manager was very rude to my wife and said he didn't have time to deal with people that were quote shopping for an insurance money payout. My wife was furious! In fact, she flipped out. My wife is from Peru, South America, and she was convinced that the entire episode was racist and demeaning to her as a Latin woman. 2. I stopped by last year to get a quote on rust repair and new paint for my daughter's big jacked up, blacked out, bad ass Cadillac Escalade with 37 inch tires. Jesse convinced me that the money for rust repair alone would be at least $15,000. I'd be better off starting with a different rust-free vehicle from a southern state. Oh, well. A bitter pill but good honest advice and much appreciated. 3. Most recently Blue Line repaired my Toyota Matrix. It was hit by the tire delivery lady at Slim's Motor Clinic while parked out back. The insurance company sucked. But Blue Line was awesome! Once payment was finally received, they did a beautiful job. And they did it with lightning speed. They even did some extra painting, which I really appreciated. Excellent communication too. After 51 days, Jesse took mercy on me and let me take the car...even though the insurance company hadn't made the final payment yet. Overall, I'm averaging it all out to 4 stars because my most recent experience was so fantastic. Thumbs up! -Daddy Maxx Retro

On my way home I noticed the time and thought I would pop in to ask for an estimate appointment. I entered the office to owner Joe & told him what I would be requesting. Joe kindly suggested we step outside and estimate the damage. I showed him the few small defects; he noted that the headlight placement had been damaged and that likely all repairs would be roughly $2100. I asked if they did loaner cars during the repair? They do not, but if it's the other persons insurance they should allow a rental car. I discussed the "Selected Service Shops" the insurance had suggested. He stated that those places are usually commission based and that Wayne-Val is just him, his wife & brother-in-law compared to larger shops that are 20+ associates. I feel confident in leaving my vehicle w Wayne-Val and will do another yelp/update this one once I have actually had my vehicle repaired. I appreciated that Joe quoted me a realistic 19 February as what I'd be looking at for a service date. I mostly appreciated that Joe told me some of the questions that the insurance may ask, such as: do I approve used parts? He said I don't have to say yes and he wouldn't recommend used parts and it could only save insurance a couple hundred dollars. Thanks Wayne-Val for a wonderful and knowledgeable customer service experience!

WARNING! DO NOT GO…read moreHERE! My truck sat for 6 days and a chipmunk chewed some wiring in my truck. I had no choice but to get towed a mile to this place. They told me that it was my wiring harness. For that, 4 new tires, 4 new tire sensors, and labor, was just over $2k. Not a bad price. HOWEVER, When I got my vehicle back, left front blinker out, left 4-way flasher out, rear left license plate light out, washer fluid pump doesn't work, and left fog light out. So I took it back the next day. I waited until mid afternoon to call for an update. They said "Well this was more of a problem than we thought. It's probably just the bulbs, the washer pump isn't part of the engine harness. We'll take a look at that." The way they were talking made it seem like I was going to have to pay for it. So of course I got defensive I won't lie. But then I asked if they would fix it. Their response "Well of course we'll make sure the lights will work before we get it back to ya." ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? You didn't think it was a good idea to check to ensure the vehicle was in working condition before you have it back to me in the first place!? When I said this to them their response was "The truck wasn't running and we got the truck running." Just wow. How about you admit your garage did a poor job and did the absolute bear minimum. I specifically asked when I dropped it off if this was something they could fix. They assured me "Yes." Clearly this was above your scope of practice. So they call me back later in the day and say "Ok so we have no idea why the washer pump doesn't work but we can continue to look into it. The fog light and license plate light we changed the bulbs and they work. We fixed the blinker problem but now it blinks really fast and we really don't know why. Here's the deal, we can keep digging and fix this, or we can put it back together for you since you missed work and you can have your truck back." Due to the absolutely poor service, missing two days of work, all for there to be more problems with the truck (meaning you said it was fixed and all you did was get it running), I opted to go somewhere else. When I got home I popped the hood and when they said they would "put the truck back together" again, poor service. The wires in the engine harness are just laying there instead of in their protective plastic sleeve, the problems they stated are still there, AND there is no warning light on the dash to let me know if I leave my lights on. I see that the owners respond to bad reviews so I fully expect them to try to refute what I say. They'll probably say "Well we told you we would make this right but you chose to take your vehicle. We left the wires out because we thought you would bring the truck back to resume fixing it, etc etc." After this entire ordeal, you think I'm going to head back!? Avoid this place at all costs because you'll be out your money with more of a headache. HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT GOING HERE EVER! RESPONSE to owner's comment: I even said it was a good deal. That was not the problem. The problem is POOR SERVICE plain & simple. The fact is, when someone takes their vehicle to you, a supposed reputable auto repair shop, customers expect their vehicle to work/fully function. As a business owner, as an employee working at the repair shop, one would like to think when you return a product back to the customer, you would do a thorough job, to ensure everything is in working function. The fact is, you should have never even called me in the first place to tell me my truck was done had you actually done a simple functions check. It's wiring. It's electricity. Do your due diligence and check to make sure things are working. But your response says it all. You simply don't care enough about the customer. I don't care how long it took you to tear apart my vehicle. That's your job. Had you done it correctly in the first place, checked everything, you would have realized the extent of the damage ORIGINALLY, & charged me for more labor hours which I would've happily paid for, bc you corrected everything.
