Somethings to know: You are not making an appointment. You will more than likely sit and wait to get in. It says "15 minute oil change" but account for about 20-30 minutes per car. If you don't like waiting, go make an appointment somewhere. They will do an oil change, check your lights, fill your tires, top off your washer fluid and do a quick inspection of under the hood. They can change out batteries here. The employees I encountered were great! A stand out was Andrew (I believe that was his name) He was so great! Awesome costumer service skills! He's the reason I would come back to this location! He checked my engine light and made sure the car was safe to drive! What I needed repaired was more that what this place can do, but it gave me peace of mind until I could get to the dealership! Go to the website! They normally have a $10 off coupon! This was early morning, so there was no line and I was able to get in very quickly. Normally an oil change would take about 15-20 which is still super fast! But because I was the only car, these guys worked on my car like a pit crew and I was out in 10 mins! These guys changed my oil, topped off my coolant, changed my windshield wipers, changed the engine filter, pumped up my tires, and topped off my washer fluid! They all had awesome customer service! I dropped off my 2006 Tundra on Thursday morning for standard timing belt, water pump, transmission fluid, brakes, and exhaust work. A 1.5-day job turned into a nightmare. The store manager, Lee, admitted to me that they accepted my vehicle job knowing their Master Technician was actively on vacation. Because of this gross staffing issue, someone unfamiliar with the engine timing alignment botched it and had to tear the front of my engine down THREE times. They had my vehicle for 5 full work days. They lied to me about the daily status, causing me to miss a time-sensitive personal business transaction. To make matters worse, they attempted to double-charge me for duplicate cooling system flushes, which they removed after I questioned them. Worse of all, when I finally picked up my truck and drove it home. I found it fresh with fresh damage. The technicians spent so much time leaning on the front of my hood that it is now covered in deep micro-scratches. My rear quarter panel also has fresh dents and scratches from the tools or parts being around the bay. The cut is a small discount at the counter to avoid an immediate corporate standoff, but returning a customer's truck with body damage after 5 full work days of incompetence is completely unacceptable. Avoid this location at all costs.
