Fortunately, Motomaxx was able to get me in the next day and is conveniently close to the dealership where the car was. They also charged far less than some other nearby places. I came with a book, prepared to wait a while. They have a small lounge area, but the seating is comfortable and there is a tiny fireplace, nice to have on a cold rainy day, I was almost disappointed they finished with the car so quickly! They said that was partly because it was in such good shape that there wasn't a lot to investigate, so very good news. The other thing I noticed was that I was treated with respect and given a rundown of the results. This has not always been my experience as an older female at other places. If I lived in this area , I would probably become a regular.

When I got home, I had to do the work myself. They lied to me to my face. My latest experience they screwed me $150 for a part I did not need. And in the process dirty the interior of the car. My car like new inside and out for the year that it is. They offered me a professional clean, whatever that means. And then when it came to setting up the date and time they ignored me, they even called the police on me. Yet with my experience and they work they did and the lies they give out they erase my I have every right to leave a review and if you keep deleting them, I will go to the Better Business Bureau and I will post it there. Again, I have every right to leave my experience with this company. don't you call the police on me now? Oh and by the way, faulty website even look like what is posted or the equipment that is on your website. Most recently I brought my 2011 Kia Sportage in to have the rear brakes replaced. I picked up my car and went on my way. Well, some crazy sound developed and I brought it back. It turned out one of the calipers was defective so they replaced it in short time. I leave and am happy as a clam because I got my car back. I drove to work the next morning without issue. However, on the way home my car started making a horrible sound from the front. I called Cierra (who is an absolute lifesaver and amazing at her job) and she tells me to drop it off and she'll give me a loaner. This is a Thursday so the week is running out. Friday, I go to work and wait for their call. I finally get the call I've dreaded all day in the early afternoon. Cierra tells me they can't figure it out. All three have driven my car and tried to diagnose the problem and no one can. Cierra asks if it's okay to keep it over the weekend, which is fine. I wouldn't have wanted to drive it anyway. The weekend goes by and I go to work Monday morning. It's not until later afternoon when she calls and I'm thinking the worst. She explains everything that happened and the numerous hours spent on my car. They only replaced some clips that were holding my brake pads in place and said I could pick it up after work. I'm dreading what it will cost, as they spent hours trying to figure out what was wrong. When I arrive, I ask how much I owe them and they said nothing. This isn't even an issue they caused. Yet, they diagnosed and repaired it at no cost. That's a level of service that no longer exists. I was already a faithful customer but it's moments like this that keep me coming back. I will not entrust my vehicle to anyone else, and neither should you.

I called in the morning and the lead man, I forget his name, was super quick and informative, told me that I could come in to get it looked at with no appointment needed! I've been to many auto repair places and they've always asked me to schedule an appointment ahead of time. This was much more convenient for me being able to come in right away. When I got there I was greeted outside by the auto tech lead I spoke with on the phone and he was able to help assist me with my lift gate! He simply opened it and made some adjustments and advised me on locking it so it doesn't dis latch while I drove.
