I want to start off by saying I love the staff here! Everyone who works here is so kind and made it a really fun experience! When it comes to the nails they came off after a week, they were uneven, and the acrylic didn't go all the way down the nail. I think maybe early June is a busy time with graduation and upcoming vacations. I would give them another chance, but they definitely were not my favorite set or my first choice. read more

Tommy and May are experts at nails. Tommy brings humor and May brings compassion. She puts meticulous effort and detail into her work and has a special heart for older people and / or those with nail fungus, who might feel embarrassed. Their staff is very kind too. Have been going here for a couple of years as recommended by my pediatrist. They do a great pedicure for troublesome toe nails. Jenny is meticulous (so make sure you have plenty of time), and does a great medical pedicure (and I'm sure general pedicure as well). May is also great at the same thing. I don't do anything fancy and typically my manicures are either clear or no polish. I've been very pleased with the care they take. You do need to be flexible though as even with an appointment sometimes you have to wait. read more

I've seen a lot of reviews about a rude guy working there. My experience is that he is just honest and very matter of fact. I wouldn't consider that rude but more just to the point. The reason for the low stars is that the paint inside seems really outdated and dirty along with their floors not being so clean. Just overall the place seems a bit run down and not very clean and fresh like many other nail salons are. I went to get a dip powder manicure by May and she recommended I do overlay so that my nails can grow long and strong instead of continue to be weak from the strong glue you need to constantly take off and reapply with dip. She seems to care about the customer's nails health and not just do whatever the customer wants and I thought that was great quality you don't find at many nail salons. On another note I'm really picky with my manicures and find it astounding that nail technicians can't get the color all the way to the bed of your cuticles. Unfortunately I walked away from this visit still with the same thought. read more

I needed a fill after a nail broke and searched for a place open on a Sunday and chose crow canton nail spa. I went on their website and made an appointment for today and received a confirmation email. I got here a little before 10 and waited for them to open. At 10:05 I saw no movement inside so I went to the door and saw a small note under their house of operation (Sunday 10am-5pm) that says starting August 2024 they will be open Tuesday-Saturday. After making my appointment I read through some not great reviews and almost canceled my appointment but figured I would give it a chance but I should have just listened to my gut. I have come here on and off for a few years and think both the owners have a lot of talent and are lovely kind people; the kind of people that I prefer to give my business to. That being said I just left my 3rd appointment in a row, where I walked out disappointed because my nails are not what I wanted. Are they pretty, YES!!! But not what I asked for or my desired esthetic. Every appointment there is some reason I "shouldn't or can"t" have what I am asking for. All things I have had before by other nail techs. How I like my nails may not be their esthetic but they are my nails, I have to look at them every day. They are also the only thing I do for myself. The past few weeks have been really hard and all I want today was a break, a lil self care & to walk away feeling good. Instead I left disheartened, disappointed & put down. I do hair so I understand that as a professional & artist, you have your own esthetic and idea of what you think would look best and you should always educate your client but in the end it's there choice. If it isn't something you are comfortable doing then say that in the beginning and don't take on the client. Again, I really like both the owners and think they are very talented but crying after an appointment that was supposed to leave you smiling isn't something I should be paying for. I wish them nothing but the best and hope that they can be more open minded to their clients needs as service providers; instead of leaving them feeling bad about themselves. read more

It's December 16, 2023 - my wife and I just finished getting our hair done at @Rikki's and we noticed Crowe Canyon nail spa. We walked in and met the owners, May. at first glance you could tell it is a beautiful first class location and facility. We asked her if she could fit my wife in for a pedicure and if she has another person. As well ask, could you do an additional manicure? Her husband Tommy was available. So Tommy began with my wife's pedicure and I received a pedicure from May and finished off with a manicure treatment was perfection. I will be back in another month. My wife is coming back on Sunday for a manicure. Once you take a look at the pictures, you will be impressed with the facilities in the quality of service was excellent. read more

I am honestly so confused how this business even has more than 1 star reviews. Walked in today just for a simple nail removal. The man who works there started popping my nails off with his own fingernail instead of the typical soak and removal. I asked him and he said that if I wanted that it would take 1 HOUR. I have never experienced a removal taking more than 30 minutes. He was extremely rude and started using the drill to remove my nails and it was extremely hot and caused me discomfort. Instead of being kind, he immediately told me to leave and that he didn't feel comfortable removing my nails. I have literally never experienced service so bad. I would never recommend this place and honestly this man needs a reality check. That was simply not okay. read more

Came in today as a last minute appointment right before they closed as out of town visiting from Texas and my nails broke. I'd called about 4 places and this one had the fastest appointment times. I very much believe that everything happens for a reason and I'm glad they were the ones able to get me in! Mae was very patient and worked quickly to give me a wonderful design. This is one of the first places to drill my nails and not burn or hurt me. She was very patient and did a wonderful job! This is a great place! I have come to crow canyon nail spa many times over the years but it seems like quality has gone downhill recently. I called to make an appointment and was told to come at 3:45. When I got there there were about 5 people waiting to get their nails done and they acted surprised that I came. Shortly after 2 women walked in with 4:00 appointments and they were told they could come back in an hour or they couldn't fit them in.. what?! I sat and waited for my turn which they kindly fit us in ahead of some of the other people waiting which was good, but it was still around a 30 minute wait. The gal who did my nails was very kind and sweet. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure. I decided to get gels so they would last longer. Unfortunately, it's been 4 days since my manicure and my nails are already chipping, that shouldn't happen with gels that quickly! Needless to say, I'm pretty disappointed in the service and will likely not be choosing to come to crow canyon nail spa anymore. read more

I wanted to love this place based on the pictures but my set and pedicure were a huge disappointment. My nails were crooked even when I asked to fix. He actually said, "if your nails come out crooked, its because you moved" smh... I also wanted short square nails but they kept encouraging me to go long and I felt the pressure and I do not like them. My pedicure was a mess. He painted way too fast and it came out SLOPPY and the top coat was on half the nails not even the full nail. My gel polish on my set was also a mess...SIGH....Anyway...won't be coming back ... read more

I got my nails done here 6 days ago and 1 nail came off and the other is about to come off. the dude also pressured me to get the shape he liked, until i spoke up. and he said he "had to take off" the old set i had but rever said he was going to charge me . When i go elsewhere my nails last 3 weeks so this is i sane. would not recommend. I understand nails grow but this is crazy.. never had a na fall off 8 days later.. i work in an office no heavy work. I give 4 stars primarily for their service I came one week and got a basic white pedicure +it comes with a leg mask -my white polish cracked in a week But you can only tell up close 3 weeks later my polish is still on my toes very cracked and grown out but I still have my toes out so its good The following week I came for a gel manicure +staff was friendly and efficient -it began to peel after 1 week by the second week at least 4 of 10 peeled so I took all the polish off The manicurist gave really good suggestions on how to keep my nails healthy. He accommodated my walk in appointment. But the real reason they deserve their stars is because when I came for the pedi I left my anklets (they had very little monetary value but were sentimental) Bobby kept them safe until I came back & I appreciate that ill probably be back when I'm in the area I noticed they told everyone yes their scheduled appointments and walkins... im not sure how things worked out but they were able to quickly accommodate me so I am happy read more

Set up an appointment over the phone and Tommy was very nice and funny. I walk in, and the place is very clean and fully stocked with a variety of colors and services. There's plenty of room to be socially distanced from others. I was the only one in the salon during my visit so i felt very safe along with Tommy, myself, and another nail technician always keeping our masks on. Tommy did my full set and i also got a pedicure from a woman (didn't catch her name unfortunately) and both were very nice, professional, efficient, and did a beautiful job on my nails. Prices are good too. Tommy was also good at knowing what i like before me telling him! He takes into consideration your nail/finger structure and recommends shapes/colors that i agreed with. I'm a simple girl and love the natural look and my set was done on point! Very smooth, flat, and not super thick/bubbly like. Came out of there feeling like a brand new woman since it been over a year since i gotten my nails done! hella pretty! read more

They were really nice and provided a quick service for a regular gel mani pedi set. The price was the best price in the area. Nails came out exactly how I wanted them. 4 nails were chipped in 3 days. I'm not sure why. I haven't done anything too strenuous. Worked from home. May did two layers of polish which looked like it was enough at the time. Anyway, it was sad my nails chipped so quick. read more

I called at 5:30pm hoping they could squeeze me in for a pedicure and fill before closing at 7:00pm. Tommy said to come on over! He was so quick and efficient that I was out of there by 7:05! Nails were the perfect shape, color, and style. Pedicure was great. The salon is clean and neat, and the best part... three weeks later and my nails are still in great shape! I'd give this a zero star. Not everyone uses yelp to check businesses. Their business hours on google maps and their own website did not say they were closed on Tuesdays. There's only a piece of paper taped to the front door. I had to reschedule my appointment online for an earlier day and got the confirmation email. They should update their online booking options. Or at least called to informed me of their new hours. I've only been here once and the first time was an average experience since their dip nail tech wasn't there for my appointment. Also booked on their website. They could have still informed me before I got there. Wasted my time and money on the gel nail service that didn't last. Thought I'd give them another chance, but not anymore after today. Very disappointing. read more

I've been coming here for a mani pedi for years. The salon is very clean and sanitized. All if the technicians are friendly and kind. I don't have a favorite, because everyone does a great job. There are also a lot of colors to choose from. 2.5 years ago I lost the entire toenail on my big toe. They have been able to put acrylic on the top so it looks like a normal toenail. I've been to other places when my schedule was limited and they didn't do much with the acrylic nail except file it. I'm actually going for a pedi tonight and looking forward to a little me time. read more

I had came in initially to get my toes done. I have a really bad ingrowns. One of the Employees there had taken the time to relieve the pain I was having. Asking if I had diabetes. Interested in my well being. The relief it gave me after she was heaven sent. Most places I've been to don't get the depth of my need only wanted money in and out quick. This place they really took the time to help me with my needs. I currently go as well for my nails although because they do put pride in their work it may be a wait but let me tell you ARE THEY WORTH IT ! I would give it less than one start if i could!!! The worst nail experience and customer service ever! That it left me shocked and speachless! The nail tech wasn't listening when I was telling him that I get dip nails. He was pressuring me to do gel nails instead of dip however I know that dip lasts long on me as I always get that. After two days my nails started chipping and so I called them and asked them to fix my nails. However when I went in to get my nails fixed he started being passive aggressive and was being very rude to me. I can't believe how unprofessionally he talked to me as I was a paying customer. This was my FiRST and last time going there! It's totally unnaceptable! read more

I called just to see if they have availability for walk in for gel removal. Man answered and he said now... and i asked how long will it take just to see if its enough time during lunch break... he was short with me saying he doesnt like feeling pressured. And i responded i just wanted to know not to pressure anyone they needed to be fast. I still went just to give this place a chance. Maybe i called at wrong time but the guy was still short with me. I didnt say anything or complained when i came in. His attitude to other customers were nice but to me he was a jerk. Thankfully another lady finished what he started... she was really sweet but i don't appreciate the attitude of the guy. read more

Let me mentioned before getting into it, the place is always clean, the entrance, Hallway and wax rooms. The wax service is always fast, professional and as relaxing as it can be getting waxed. I never had a scheduling problem until now either. This last experience was not good. I arrived at 1030 my scheduled time, but no one was at the front desk, but I could hear someone talking on the phone in the room behind the desk. I waited 5 minutes figuring they would come out, but no, so I start to ask if anyone here? No response for 2-3 min, so I asked again, then a lady with black and purple hair comes out of the room and say someone will be right with me and turns back around into the room to continue to talk on the phone, as if I was bothering her at work!! Then a few minutes later, another person comes out from down the hall (I think she was actually with a client) and asked if I have been helped, I said no and told her my appointment was at 1030, she tells me the appointment was at 1040 (this was at 1042, already past my apparently rescheduled appointment) and said someone will be with me shortly. Then the other lady that was talking on the phone comes out from the room behind the desks. I sat there about 5 more mins until my wax person arrives, say sorry for being late, and gets ready (it appears they changed the appointment because the wax person was running late), they never told me they changed the appointment time (no text like all the other notifications, which I like from this place). The appointment was never changed on the website, only locally, maybe they just lied for her, and told me 10:40. Oh and no one ever came out of the room behind the desk after the phone call lady, while I was waiting for my room to be ready. It was clearly a personal call at work and she didn't want to be bothered at work. At the end, I still tipped, against my better judgement, a lower 10% rather that the usually 20%. The wax person was late, but apologized. I think I will return because up until this time it has been great, but not sure.

Overall, not a good experience and I won't be returning.
