    Louisiana burger

There was so much traffic coming back from Whitewater rafting near Salida that I had to get off and take a break. This seems like they're a great local hangout as there were a lot of locals that came in. I can tell because the waitresses knew their names. The place itself has a lot of seating and has a good comforting vibe. But the food was just OK. I ordered the smoked turkey sandwich and it was good but nothing out of the ordinary. I would've expected more for paying $17. My friend ordered the Louisiana burger and she said it was kind of dry. It was $18 so you would expect a little more flavor. our waitress Sydney was very friendly and attentive. It's a good stop if there's traffic , but I wouldn't go out of my way.

    Crust is superb!!!!

Moved up to Pine Junction a few month ago and discovered the best pizza in Colorado! I was a big fan of Waze Supper Club pizza until I tasted this great pie!!!! Been to Crossroads many times now and have had the burgers and wings, all excellent. If you are driving by, stop in for a worthwhile meal and drinks. The characters at the bar are also a hoot to watch!

My friends and I sat on the patio. The music was good and the food was even better. We enjoyed the patio and had an attentive server. Food was AMAZING and I would 10/10 recommend the fries. Price was a pretty fair for portions and quality of what we got! Overall great small town eats.

    Large pepperoni pizza, $23 1/28/24.

Worst Pizza I have ever had, frozen pizza is 10x better. I live 20 minutes past Pine Junction and thought I would order a pizza for the KC/Baltimore game. I wanted to save time, so I ordered from Crossroads for the first time in 5 years. I know they weren't this bad back then. $23 bucks for this, sorry, ass pizza. Bindenomics has really hit this place badly. I won't go back, and now I've lost my appetite.

Amazing brisket!!! This place has mixed reviews but I would suggested coming here and making your own option. The brisket was the best I've ever had and the bbq sauce was amazing. We had fried pickles as an appetizers and they were breaded perfectly. My husband had the bbq burger and he could barely finish it as it was a good size.

I had been going to their other spot about a mile up the road for a while but after a cold winter night of camping this ended up being the perfect post-adventure stop. The exterior already looks incredible, and it only gets better once you step inside. There's a beautiful fireplace, huge windows with great views, and a thoughtful mix of seating low tops, high tops, and spacious bar seating. That's just the upper level. The lower level wasn't open yet this weekend, but I took a peek and it looks incredibly cozy, with great wall decor and a really inviting layout. The food was fantastic and not just because I was coming off campsite meals. Everything was genuinely great. The cucumber appetizer dish reminded me of pepinos con chile and was especially good, and you really can't go wrong with the pizza here. The staff were also wonderful. You could tell they were adjusting to a brand-new space, but they were still warm, attentive, and clearly excited to be there. I'm already looking forward to coming back, especially after hikes and more camping trips. This place is going to be a go-to

Melted cheeses and juices dripping down your hands...grab extra napkins! Beautiful and fresh buns pull it together for the best burger in the mountains, perhaps Colorado. Pair it with a unique micro-brew and OMG's. The pizzas are also inspirational and the turkey sandwich...BEST! Give the kitchen a raise. I miss the beach from the old location and the memories created down there with our high school sports teams. I hope the vibes continue at the new residences.

We try hard to support local businesses, especially here in Conifer where dining options are somewhat limited. We ordered: * a large pepperoni and jalapeño pizza, * a small tossed salad, * and four cheesy bread rolls. Total cost: about $50. The first surprise came when we were told it would take an hour to prepare the order. It was still fairly early in the day, so we assumed maybe they were crafting something extraordinary back there. You shouldn't rush a master chef, after all. When we finally got the food home, the disappointment set in immediately. The pizza looked... medically concerning. Pale. Almost white. It had the visual energy of a cafeteria tortilla with low self-esteem. Then we noticed the toppings. My wife actually poked at the pizza and said, "Maybe the toppings are under the cheese?" They were not. The pepperoni deserves special recognition because I have never seen pepperoni sliced this small or this thin in my life. These tiny little discs were maybe half an inch across. Ripple must have contacted the pepperoni manufacturer directly and said: "I need pepperoni so tiny and so sparse that customers can technically call it a pepperoni pizza, while minimizing any risk of flavor." Even with the microscopic dimensions, they still used them sparingly. The jalapeños were equally scarce. A few lonely little fragments scattered across the surface like survivors of a great topping shortage. The salad was okay, although it's admittedly difficult to sabotage a bowl of lettuce. The cheesy bread rolls did, in fairness, contain both bread and cheese, so technically they fulfilled the contract. Honestly, I believe most frozen supermarket pizzas would outperform this pizza in appearance and flavor, all at a fraction of the cost. We genuinely wanted to like Ripple. We like supporting local restaurants. But too many places in Conifer seem to operate on the assumption that limited competition means they don't really have to try very hard. So we did our duty. We tried it once. But we won't be back.

The sophistication is matched by the beautiful creekside setting. My crew had a flight of red and whites which they claimed were excellent. Such a perfect interactive share dish to get everyone chatting. Entrees included mussels and hamburger which was done en croute giving it a spectacular presentation. I'm seeing a black truffle/brie versions for mushroom cheese burger. The mussels were in buerre tomate and looked great. I'm adverse to this mollusk so had to judge this reviews on the smiles beeming over slurp slurp sound. Dessert was great. The flourless cake was dense and chocolaty with vanilla quenelle.
