I made the fatal mistake of having my vehicle towed here twice .July 1-2023…read more They robbed me blind again .I wrecked my vehicle June 20-2023 hit a rock destroyed the drive shaft.I was inside the vehicle and have video footage from Dominoes where it happened.Geico insurance adjuster went out to inspect it at Proline Tuesday July 4-2023.Proline informed them that I was playing inside my vehicle like a dumbass teenager and Alan Wunderland deemed it wear and tear on the car and refused to pay Proline $1,400.00 to repair my vehicle.I paid $150.00 to get my vehicle out of Proline and Brandi the manager and rep refused to give it to the tow truck driver. They charged me $219.89 to release my vehicle. The estimated price was $65.00 Proline ripped me off $101.00 saying it was for labor!!!!What labor they had to estimate anyway they didn't do anything?????? I questioned Brandy today she said her guys had to get paid Ahh no her guys had to get paid to rip an elderly wheelchair bound lady and me on disability off ! Only thing they did was rob me blind.I told Brandy don't order the parts until I can see if I'll have the extra out of my disability check .She said ok .She charged me a $90.00 and additional $7.97 restock and supply fee .$219.78 later one month and approximately $280.00 worth of Lyft rides and my cat dying because I couldn't get him medical attention one month later we're still stranded Heat is brutal hitting at 3 digits .My 82 year old nearly died last week her temperature skyrocketed to 105.0 I was forced to call Ems .Long story short lessons learned-DO NOT EVER TAKE YOU'RE VEHICLES TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT-PROLINE Even if you're lucky enough to live to regret it It's a pure torture and hell on earth if time and money and dignity you'll never get back !A Lyft driver showed his ass 2 weeks ago charged us $20.00 plus the ride threatened our lives and left us stranded at Walmart. It's just not worth the hassle and heartache to trust Proline At the end of the day they're Pros alright Pros at ripping their honest trust worthy customers off blind

I was getting one of my three vehicles serviced at this location. The service was fine, simple oil…read morechange, it was the atmosphere that was offensive. They had FOX TV on the TV in the waiting area. I won't call it news, as even Fox admitted in court that they provide entertainment, not news. It was obnoxious, and I asked the manager to change it to something else. He asked if I did not want the news on, and I expressed the fact above about it not being news. He accommodated and while doing so, commented that when he puts CNN on, he gets objections, and that he thinks they all are biased, and I told him that I could not agree more. Then unprompted, he said something to the effect of "one thing he completely believes in is the deportation of violent illegal aliens". Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, and he is not wrong for having a different opinion from mine, but I do think he is wrong, as a manager in a business that serves the public, to be espousing and promoting political views, in a proactive manner. I did engaged in the conversation, pointing out that the vast, overwhelming majority of illegal aliens are not that, and the current approach was reckless and heartless, and we both agreed that the entire processing of immigrants into the country needs an overhaul. We agreed that a large majority of immigrants are hardworking, not taking jobs away from American workers, and I thought this chapter would close. When I thought the conversation was over, he then made a point of reiterating that violent illegal aliens need to be dealt with harshly. I then told him I agreed, much like I think the violent offenders of Jan 6th should have been. He stopped cold in his tracks and just gave me a blank look. I asked him if he thought they all should have been pardoned, and without hesitation, he said yes, and defended it by saying the press manipulated the perception, and you see officers ushering people into the capital. I pointed out that people died that day, and were egregiously injured and property damaged, and his counter was "only one person died". I was flabbergasted by the raw look I was getting at his skewed perception that there was nothing done wrong on that day. At the same time, I was amazed at the double standard, that the media he claimed had blown it out of proportion, in fact had hoodwinked him into believing what he did, and he was none the wiser, even today. Thankfully the phone rang and another customer came in, and the conversation ended. So why do I tell this story, and why a one star review? I think it is offensive to have a business and its manager promoting and spewing a deranged and dangerous political view. I think it is inappropriate and offensive and I will not support a business that creates this type of atmosphere. I will take the service of my three vehicles to a different business. He is more than welcome to his opinion, no matter how ignorant or uninformed I might think it is, but I don't think it acceptable that, as a management representative for the company, that he be promoting his beliefs to the company's customer base. He is not speaking as an individual at that point, he is in a position of authority and speaking for the company. I am sure if you espouse the same beliefs that Firestone in Harrisburg does, then you might take issue with what I say here, and you are well within your rights to do so. Just like I am well within my rights to voice this opinion and take my business to a company that supports the ideals, standards, morals and ethics that I am more comfortable with.

Thirty minutes later they call me up and tell me that it didn't pass the emission test, so I try to explain that 20 year old cars don't require an emission inspection and they try to argue that it does. so I call NCDMV and get them to explain to staff that they do not require an emission inspection so they finally concede that so the proceed with a safety inspection and when they are finished they charge me a $10.00 window tinting fee..... for factory tinting...... that I have never been charged for before. We had a gas nozzle stuck in the fuel filler neck, they quoted me $311 to take the filler neck off…read moreand get the nozzle out and put the filler neck back on, sounded simple enough... Then when they could not get the nozzle out, they were going to put a new filler neck on, but that was going to be $1280 ($838 for the filler neck after taxes). So now the labor was going to cost $442 (an additional $131 for labor for 10 minutes of work). So I ended up just buying the part from another store, which was only $200, not $838, and replacing myself. I tried to talk to the owner to get the original price reduced since they did not fix anything and was told that could not be done. He admitted that it only took 20-30 minutes to do what they did. I was told that I was paying for the 15 years of experience to learn how to remove a couple bolts and replace them lol. So $311 for 30 minutes of work, which comes out to $622 an hour labor. Great job guys!! Please stay away from this place, unless you want to throw your money away.
