They held my car hostage yesterday thank God I put the brakes on Morrison's wrecker service so they would've went over there for $85 and not been able to get the car because these people held the car inside their shop. I knew that was gonna socket to me for full force so today they ripped me off for $125 a whopping $125 of my money out of disability that I didn't have‼ that's sad because I really truly thought that these people cared about not only me as a human but as their faithful Customer all these months but unfortunately all they cared about was my money Whatever you do, don't take your car to one because they they will rip you off $125 to diagnose the car and then they told me originally it was gonna be $670.00 to get my radiator put in then they told my cousin to be over $800.00!!!! If they were legit mechanics, they would've put the money towards the repair and that's ridiculous charging that much money to diagnose a car that's probably not even what's wrong with it anyway I don't trust these people I don't trust their pulses! So don't trust these people they won't do nothing but rip you off at the end of the day they're all about money like any other business I thought Julie was a nice lady. I gave her over $100 glitter angel statue just for bringing me back home. I regret I ever did that. Usually I have very good…read moreinteractions, quality work, etc. My most recent service brought me to write this review, I took my early 2000s Toyota Sedan in for spark plugs and a transmission fluid change. When I picked up the car it had a pretty poor misfire on cylinder #5, and it turns out at some point the spark plug strap was bent up on install. I also had to bring the car back for a pretty active leak from the transmission drain plug, it turns out that the "one time use" crush washer was reused and it leaked pretty profusely from the drain plug. These are common mistakes. They happen, I get it. However, within 10 seconds of sitting in my car to pick it up I heard and felt the misfire. I don't know if the technician had a bad day or what, but that is just sloppy work. Someone didn't double check after the tune up. Someone also forgot the crush washer on my trans drain plug. If I hadn't checked under the vehicle for fluid leaks when I performed my oil change, this would have ruined my transmission. All of this being said, Harwood did make both of the issues right at no cost to me. They worked quickly to fix the issues.

The estimated price was $65.00 Proline ripped me off $101.00 saying it was for labor!!!!What labor they had to estimate anyway they didn't do anything?????? I questioned Brandy today she said her guys had to get paid Ahh no her guys had to get paid to rip an elderly wheelchair bound lady and me on disability off ! Only thing they did was rob me blind.I told Brandy don't order the parts until I can see if I'll have the extra out of my disability check .She said ok .She charged me a $90.00 and additional $7.97 restock and supply fee .$219.78 later one month and approximately $280.00 worth of Lyft rides and my cat dying because I couldn't get him medical attention one month later we're still stranded Heat is brutal hitting at 3 digits .My 82 year old nearly died last week her temperature skyrocketed to 105.0 I was forced to call Ems .Long story short lessons learned-DO NOT EVER TAKE YOU'RE VEHICLES TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT-PROLINE Even if you're lucky enough to live to regret it It's a pure torture and hell on earth if time and money and dignity you'll never get back !A Lyft driver showed his ass 2 weeks ago charged us $20.00 plus the ride threatened our lives and left us stranded at Walmart.It's just not worth the hassle and heartache to trust Proline At the end of the day they're Pros alright Pros at ripping their honest trust worthy customers off blind

Took a 2017 Rav4 in for strut replacement. Had an extra noise in the front end after that, so…read morereturned to request they check it out. A couple weeks later my front wheel on the drivers side had a coating of grease on it. The issue was the mechanic let the front axle flop down and tear the cv axle boot, when he took the strut loose. Thus causing the axle half to need a new boot or replacement. Aftermarket boot repairs don't work for long so we had to do the axle half replacement with the boot factory installed. Took it back and they would not take responsibility for the issue they caused, and stated they couldn't get parts to fix my front axle. So letting them do that work was an absolute mistake and I will never take my vehicles back there for anything. A 720.00 strut job turned into another $680.00 repair. They have ruined it for all locations in my area now.
