Took a 2017 Rav4 in for strut replacement. Had an extra noise in the front end after that, so…read morereturned to request they check it out. A couple weeks later my front wheel on the drivers side had a coating of grease on it. The issue was the mechanic let the front axle flop down and tear the cv axle boot, when he took the strut loose. Thus causing the axle half to need a new boot or replacement. Aftermarket boot repairs don't work for long so we had to do the axle half replacement with the boot factory installed. Took it back and they would not take responsibility for the issue they caused, and stated they couldn't get parts to fix my front axle. So letting them do that work was an absolute mistake and I will never take my vehicles back there for anything. A 720.00 strut job turned into another $680.00 repair. They have ruined it for all locations in my area now.

I made the fatal mistake of having my vehicle towed here twice .July 1-2023…read more They robbed me blind again .I wrecked my vehicle June 20-2023 hit a rock destroyed the drive shaft.I was inside the vehicle and have video footage from Dominoes where it happened.Geico insurance adjuster went out to inspect it at Proline Tuesday July 4-2023.Proline informed them that I was playing inside my vehicle like a dumbass teenager and Alan Wunderland deemed it wear and tear on the car and refused to pay Proline $1,400.00 to repair my vehicle.I paid $150.00 to get my vehicle out of Proline and Brandi the manager and rep refused to give it to the tow truck driver.They charged me $219.89 to release my vehicle. The estimated price was $65.00 Proline ripped me off $101.00 saying it was for labor!!!!What labor they had to estimate anyway they didn't do anything?????? I questioned Brandy today she said her guys had to get paid Ahh no her guys had to get paid to rip an elderly wheelchair bound lady and me on disability off ! They held my car hostage yesterday thank God I put the brakes on Morrison's wrecker service so they would've went over there for $85 and not been able to get the car because these people held the car inside their shop. I knew that was gonna socket to me for full force so today they ripped me off for $125 a whopping $125 of my money out of disability that I didn't have‼ that's sad because I really truly thought that these people cared about not only me as a human but as their faithful Customer all these months but unfortunately all they cared about was my money Whatever you do, don't take your car to one because they they will rip you off $125 to diagnose the car and then they told me originally it was gonna be $670.00 to get my radiator put in then they told my cousin to be over $800.00!!!! If they were legit mechanics, they would've put the money towards the repair and that's ridiculous charging that much money to diagnose a car that's probably not even what's wrong with it anyway I don't trust these people I don't trust their pulses! So don't trust these people they won't do nothing but rip you off at the end of the day they're all about money like any other business I thought Julie was a nice lady.
