Then when they could not get the nozzle out, they were going to put a new filler neck on, but that was going to be $1280 ($838 for the filler neck after taxes). So now the labor was going to cost $442 (an additional $131 for labor for 10 minutes of work). So I ended up just buying the part from another store, which was only $200, not $838, and replacing myself. I tried to talk to the owner to get the original price reduced since they did not fix anything and was told that could not be done. He admitted that it only took 20-30 minutes to do what they did. I was told that I was paying for the 15 years of experience to learn how to remove a couple bolts and replace them lol. So $311 for 30 minutes of work, which comes out to $622 an hour labor. Great job guys!! Please stay away from this place, unless you want to throw your money away.

Took a 2017 Rav4 in for strut replacement. Had an extra noise in the front end after that, so…read morereturned to request they check it out. A couple weeks later my front wheel on the drivers side had a coating of grease on it. The issue was the mechanic let the front axle flop down and tear the cv axle boot, when he took the strut loose. Thus causing the axle half to need a new boot or replacement. Aftermarket boot repairs don't work for long so we had to do the axle half replacement with the boot factory installed. Took it back and they would not take responsibility for the issue they caused, and stated they couldn't get parts to fix my front axle. So letting them do that work was an absolute mistake and I will never take my vehicles back there for anything. A 720.00 strut job turned into another $680.00 repair. They have ruined it for all locations in my area now.

The estimated price was $65.00 Proline ripped me off $101.00 saying it was for labor!!!!What labor they had to estimate anyway they didn't do anything?????? I questioned Brandy today she said her guys had to get paid Ahh no her guys had to get paid to rip an elderly wheelchair bound lady and me on disability off ! Justin was very professional and quick to respond during the entire booking and cleaning process. The process took some time but well worth it. The interior was near to new when he finished. He managed to remove all of the stains from both the front and rear seats. He also removed all traces of a recent wine bottle spilling in the rear floorboard. All interior surfaces were dust free and clean. The products uses left a light gloss on plastic but not enough to reflect the sun. All the carpeted area were stain free. The exterior was gorgeous when he finished. Note the car is seven years old and has over 100,000 miles. It has it share of rock chips , scratches and just overall wear on the paint. The black paint was restored back to a it's Crystal Black Pearl lustrous shine. The tires were cleaned and shine thoroughly. With the windows being crystal clear, not even a streak was seen at night.
