I have been a loyal customer of Small Brothers for 20 years. They were always courteous and got my work done for me fast and at a reasonable price. Today, I had an appointment with Will at Small Brothers for an alignment. The regular staff was not there and there was a different woman in the office. Will pulled my vehicle on the alignment rack and took aprox 15 min to align it. They charged me $96.00 and I left. While driving the vehical, it pulled to the right worse than before. I immediately brought it back. He put it back on the rack to check it. Nope, the alignment was right on. Must be something else. He swaped the back right tire to the left front and then found a worn tie rod end on the right wheel. He said he could put it on for me for $35 if I get the part. I went to buy the part and came back. He then informed me that he would have to realign it after he put the part on and it would be another $96.00 I told him no way, he should have inspected it and informed me before he aligned it the first time. I sugested he shouldn't charge me again. Will said that I told him I wanted an alignment. Like it's my fault there was another problem. He said it wasn't his problem but he was going to charge me again. I had no idea there was a problem with my front end, just that I needed an alignment. I then told him he should put the part on and not charge me again for the relalignment. He said fine, find someone else to do it and walked away. I walked back to the office and asked, so you're not going to do it? He said no. I said fine, I'll write a review about your great service, and he said go ahead B****. Then he hollerded are you threating me? Then the office lady stepped between us and screamed to leave or she'll call the cops. I should have let her call the cops, but this guy was real agitated and acted like he was going to get physical. I've never seen Will or this office woman before, but Allen should watch who he puts in charge of his shop when he's not there. I hope he didn't sell the business to this couple. I paid $96.00 and still don't have an alignment. I know I won't be back to see them again. read more

After a bit of driving and shopping around.... we found a set of 4 used tires here at a better price than anywhere else we went.

Horrible experience !!!! I found them on Craigslist. I texted who turned out to be the son. When I showed up, 1 tire had a hole and was plugged up, near sidewall, another also had a hole that wasn't found until tire was mounted on rim. The son, Will required cash (hmm). The worst part, I went to work right after, and when I got off, one of the tires was completely flat. I had to get towed to closest tire shop and put spare on. It was found that this tire was also bad so they trashed it. I send photos to son Will , who's reply was "That comes with buying a used tire" read more

My car had been sitting for an extended period of time after purchasing a new vehicle and two of my tires had developed small leaks. With wanting to sell the vehicle, I wanted a used set of tires to put on the vehicle, and visited Small Bros to acquire a set. Unfortunately, this location didn't have a used set of tires in the size I needed, but they sourced me a brand new set at a very reasonable price. I arrived that morning with no appointment and was greeted by the staff like I was a returning customer. While waiting, I conversed with one of the managers (Tim, I believe) and he was a pleasure to deal with. Everyone I encountered was personable and was doing everything they could to get me on the road ASAP. Buying tires isn't always fun but the group at Small Bros made it painless and memorable. read more

Will never go here again - stay away. I went here this morning and was told my tire was low and thunking because of the brand, not because there was a giant screw in it. Left here and went to Skyway tire which was where I should have gone in the first place. read more

Never knew Smalls existed even though I live in the area. Purchased tires on tirebuyer.com and Smalls was an affiliated installer. Had the tires shipped (for free) to Smalls, dropped in to have the tires installed and was in and out within 30 minutes. Pleased with the service and pricing. It's not a fancy state of the art garage but a nice little place with hardworking guys. Definitely a go to for tire mounting. I have not used any other services there but will go back. read more
