Excellent service and tires . The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me select the right tires and took little time to put them on ! read more

great service very fast and knowledgeable. Staff was friendly, hours of operation are super convenient.

Freedom Drive location was absolutely horrible. Waited an hour just to get a used tire that had no tread. Refused it (of course) and saw no one until we got out and complained after another 30 min. The original guy helping us left and started working on another car! 0 stars!!!! I have to press 1 star.....that's too generous!!! read more

Randomly sometimes bad fortune shines on you and your car picks up a nail in your tire but then you just so happen on a tire shop right around the corner and that's exactly what happened here! We pulled in and with in a few minutes we were being taken care of and not long after that we were back on the road after they plugged my tire which was awesome being this far from home and finding a spot that was in the right place at the right time! Overall it was $25 to plug my tire but I didn't think anything off it as they stopped the car they were working on to take care of me and get be back on the road which I totally appreciated very much! read more

The service was horrible. The service was so horrible, we had to go to another tire place next day (today) to see what was wrong .The tires were wobbling so bad on the highway we thought they were going to fall off and the car vibrated and shook real bad and other issues that we did not have before. When we went to another tire place they said, the Tires 4Less people did not do anything. They did not balance not one tire and they sold me a set of used tires with non usable defects deformities on sidewall of tires These people could have seriously injured me and my family. Don't go there if you value your safety read more

do not...... i repeat, do not come to this place. they have bad business. they have people yelling at you when they're in the wrong, i recommend going to "mavis tires and brakes" they will send you on a runaround. they will take their entire time. they also will give you bad tires and try to tell you about other problems wrong with your car. that's not really wrong!!!!! completely bad business do not go read more

Today I received the BEST customer service I've experienced anywhere in a very long time! Because I am a man of a certain age, I freely admit that my expectations for customer service are pretty high... essentially, I look for "old school" treatment where people greet you with a smile and treat you as if you are valued. That seems to have gone by the wayside in the past 10 to 20 years. You're lucky if you're greeted at all and often it's with an attitude. Not here! The gentleman that fixed my car, "CJ" was polite, professional and knowledgeable. I had a question that was above his pay grade, so he FaceTimed the OWNER to get the answer vs pretending and making a mistske. The OWNER was just as nice as the dude standing in front of me. I left there feeling like above average customer service is actually NOT dead, even if it's rare . I HIGHLY recommend this place! And... they are open 24 hours for tire repair replacement and other services. Shift workers and even if you get a nail or low tire pressure indication light on your dashboard coming from the club, they got'choo. As a retiree who drives Uber part-time, I get nails on a regular and go thru tires faster than most. I will give them my business EXCLUSIVELY from now on. P.S. It's snowing here on a Thursday morning. I tried TWO other tire places before ending up here. They were both closed, but this place was open and fully staffed. That alone is worth a good review! read more

A large pothole on the interstate popped my tire far from home. Put on the donut and went to a hotel. Found out at a different repair shop the next day that the rim was severely dented. It was a Sunday. 2/3rds of the places in a 70 mile radius were closed. Those that were open either didn't sell the rim I needed or didn't even want to attempt to repair mine. Called these guys, went there. They fixed it no problem. And the prices were beyond reasonable. Y tienen empleados que hablan español. These guys were real lifesavers. read more

I gave the man my tire and rim with a logo for my car on there. I was charged for a whole used tire when my tire was allegedly only plugged. Going forward, the man put my rim and tire on someone else's vehicle and they left and never returned and gave me a raggedy looking rim with a tire with a bad tread. Do not recommend this place. Unprofessional and unorganized. read more

Good experience overall. Service was efficient and pricing seemed fair. Chris was helpful and made the process straightforward. Would use them again. read more

i waited here for 3 hours just to get 4 tires mounted and balanced but besides that let's talk about how i also wanted A/T's and got A/S's in a completely different size as a tire shop you are supposed to have more knowledge then the customer so yeah sure i asked for the wrong tire size over the phone but that does not mean you completely changed everything without even saying anything because you're talking to 10 different people at the same time and don't have the time for a paying customer my total was $650 which isn't bad for A/T's but for some A/S's that's a absolute scam the tires on my car now that i still paid $650 for mind you are $80 a piece at walmart so half of what i paid in total for all 4 and they can mount and balance with (road hazard) big plus because these scammers at junk 4 less don't they also heavily scratched my rims which i'm not insanely concerned about but if you are i wouldn't go here oh also i almost forgot to mention i was told by these guys when the tire i asked for didn't fit that they don't make a smaller A/T tire ok so is that less money? but i didn't even get the chance to ask until the A/S's were already put on then he tells me they do make one smaller and they will have some next time but now i'm stuck with the cheapest A/S tire for the most expensive A/T tire price thanks a lot for absolutely nothing because i'm gonna get these junk tires off and get what i want on at unionville tire & auto read more

Wonderful staff, super friendly! I needed 2 tires and wasn't prepared, but I was seen quickly and their deals are some of the best in Charlotte. Highly recommend! read more

If you're in a pinch then this is where you go. They're open late, later than their posted closing time. Give them a call to make they have your tire. Most likely it will be used but still decent prices for new. They also do tire repair if possible. $70 for most single used tires. But the cool thing is that you get to go home on the same day. Invest in AAA so you don't have to push your car there lol. It's a trek... read more

Don't ever go there for flat fix. They will rip you off and you will have to pay $35 for flat fix. Dishonest people. A.H read more

Scam and lies!! I paid to have 2 tires replaced and a rim repair. I was told 50.00 per tire and 150.00 for the rim. Total 250.00. What I got was a jacked up rim and my same 2 blown tires I paid to have replaced!! Now I'm being told that I don't pay for tires only rim. Then it was one tire. They literally left my tires on the car and claim that I must have popped the replacements. BS. It's the same brand as my other two. This guys are liars, ripoff artists and they have met their match this time. Get Everything in writing bc the owner is NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD AND ITS A SHAME!! read more

Kept telling me they were 20-30 mins out and took them over 2 to get to me. Do not call for roadside

Great young guys and go work quickly and efficiently. Was in and out in a very timely manner. Plus, they're one of the FEW places open past 5pm. read more

Asked for a full set of 215/40, said they had a full set of 225/40 instead.... ALL MISMATCHED. Okay fine they're cheap idrc about brand. EVERY SINGLE WHEEL WAS DAMAGED UPON TIRE INSTALLATION. If you have wheels on a car you care about, DO NOT GO HERE. Just pay the extra $20 elsewhere and hope they don't damage your wheels, cuz these guys definitely will. Granted there's a handful of people there who are trustworthy and know what they are doing. But whoever was mounting my tires on Sunday, July 7th shouldn't be mounting tires on any wheels over 15in again in their life. read more

If you need quick affordable service, come here asap! I had a tire pressure problem, kept going low even after filling it. Went here around 5:15, took the tire off, repaired it (found a nail in it), put it back on and had me out of there by 5:25 for $20. So fast and so good at what they do. Definitely recommend! read more

When we picked the car up from getting new tires the door no longer closed properly. The workers tried to hide it from us too, not trustworthy. We discovered after we paid, then had to spend the next 2 hours having them try to fix it. Did not completely fix. Don't bring your car here unless you want it damaged read more

Blew a tire on 85 on a Sunday afternoon. After spare put on, I called all the nearby Walmart Auto and they either closed early or didn't have my tire. David at Tires for less said come on and got me up and back on the road with 2 new tires for for a good price in under 30 minutes. read more
