You need to put all the ingredients in the hot soup to cook.

The restaurant is located on Eat Street. Parking can be challenging, but it's comparable to other restaurants in the area. The noodles are prepared in the traditional Yunnan style from China. You'll be served an extremely hot stone bowl filled with piping hot soup. You then add the ingredients to the soup to cook them. After 2-3 minutes, you can enjoy the delicious result--it's a super fun experience! I highly recommend trying the sour pickle soup. The waiters were very friendly, and the service was quick. You can scan their app to get a $2 discount. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The space is uniquely decorated with Chinese bamboo and traditional hats, adding to the ambiance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We'll definitely be back in the winter, as the stone bowl keeps the food warm for a long time!

A friend told me that this was a real and authentic location to get this dish and it did not disappoint! I came with a few friends and The service was great and fast and the staff were all kind! They let us try 3 different types of broths first - we tried the tomato broth, one of the spicy broths, and the original. All were delicious! The one that stood out to me was the tomato broth and the original. The tomato was like a nice warm soup that I'd like to go with grill cheese, and the original was so smooth and flavorful. I decided to go with the original broth with pork belly and it was amazing! Everything came out spectacularly and you get unlimited noodles! The noodles had the perfect textures and the pork belly melted in my mouth, it felt like home. Overall, excellent experience and will definitely go back.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They explained everything and gave great recommendations. The portion was filling and tasty. The ingredients were very fresh. I had a great experience here and would definitely come back. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was also such a cute place, I loved all the wood fixtures.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

We walked into the restaurant and were greeted by a very kind man who sat us immediately. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant was very clean and not super busy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We ordered the popcorn chicken and smashed cucumbers to start our meal off and thought both tasted great! The cucumber was perfectly balanced in flavor and super crunchy. For our main meals we ordered the Tom Yum & Pork Belly bowl and the Original & pork belly bowl. The broths were very flavorful and delicious. I loved how hot the bowl kept the soup. I was a little bit surprised by how little came in the tray for the add ins but it ended up being more than enough! The pork belly was extremely tender and delicious and the add ins nicely complimented the soup. The noodles you're given with the meal were chewy and delicious! You get a big portion. Our server was extremely nice and our food was brought out quickly. All of our food only came out to around $50. For the excellent food & service, i thought that was a very fair price! Would definitely come here again to try more.

Really enjoyed my meal here! The food is high quality, [[HIGHLIGHT]]the space is nicely renovated[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], and they offer generous portions. The service is also top notch, including offering samples of the soup bases before ordering. I'll be back!

Loved my first experience at Cross Bridge Noodle! [[HIGHLIGHT]]We went on a Friday early at 5pm and it was pretty quiet but it definitely picked up as it got later.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service was great and everyone was so friendly & kind, it definitely made me want to come back. I love that you can try the different broths first before committing. Everything we got was delicious and I'll certainly be back! They also have a rewards program that's super simple to join, just give your phone number and they sign you right up when they take your check.

I'm not in the downtown area as often as I'd like to be. But when I am, I have to find yummy food! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Walked into Cross Bridge Noodle right at 5pm on a Friday and it was still quiet inside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The server welcomed us in right away. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambience was exactly what I was craving for a soup dinner.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our server was so kind & attentive, he even offered us to try the soup broths before ordering. This gesture amazed me. We ended up splitting Shrimp Fried Rice & the Tom Yum Soup (not as spicy as I anticipated and was so thankful to try to broth first). Both hit the spot. [[HIGHLIGHT]]As time went on, the tables filled up- which to me is always a great sign of a great establishment![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Wonderful experience. Will be back for soup & genuine hospitality!

We've come twice now and it's going to be a staple in the rotation. Prices are so reasonable. The food is superb. The noodle texture alone is worth the trip. Service each time has been above and beyond. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Decor is nice and restaurant is very clean[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Great hot pot spot. First time and absolutely loved it!  The food is really fresh and delicious. the service was amazing. We totally will come back again.

The hostess was extremely unfriendly and seemed very unhappy. She played the game and greeted us, but never once made eye contact, said "welcome in", "thank you for coming in" or anything else that would make a customer feel like they were appreciated for coming in. From the time we walked in to the time she showed us to our table, I said "thank you so much" three times and not once was even acknowledged or replied back with a "you're welcome". She should really find something else to do if she's not going to be a "host". Serving people should be the greatest pleasure we have when engaging with those we don't know. Patrick on the other hand was truly awesome. Friendly, smiling, engaged in conversation prior to taking our order and just seemed happy to talk to us. We told him we were from Nevada and were only there because of a recommendation from a couple in an elevator! He thought that was just awesome. Food arrived and everything was really good. The hash browns were WAY overcooked, almost burnt, but that was the only negative thing to say about the food. It was otherwise delicious! I would strongly suggest this place for breakfast. The menu is really good, with a decent variety of good options to choose from. Cost wasn't bad, but not a deal either. If I was part of the management team, I'd have a serious conversation with the young lady who was hosting today (8/12/26. On my most recent visit, I stopped by on a Saturday evening and was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to find a seat at the bar. Dev took great care of us! He checked in right away, answered our questions, and helped us decide which pizza to order. I had the Moscato, while my friend went with the Pinot Grigio, and we shared the Hearth & Honey pizza. We asked for extra honey, which was absolutely the move! The sweet honey paired so well with the pepperoni, cheese, and rosemary. We ordered the full-sized pizza, which could easily be split among three people. The patio is probably one of my favorite parts of EaTo. It's dog-friendly, has plenty of seating, and I love all of the flowers surrounding the perimeter, it makes the space feel especially inviting during the warmer months. Pro tip: If you're part of their rewards program, check your account around your birthday! I received a $5 birthday reward in addition to a free mini cheesecake, which was such a fun perk. They also seem to have some great specials throughout the week that I'd love to come back and check out. It came topped with crushed graham crackers and mini marshmallows, which made for a cute presentation. I personally didn't taste much chocolate, though, so it wasn't my favorite drink I've had there. For working, there are high-top seats with easy access to outlets, plus free Wi-Fi, making it a convenient place to bring your laptop for a bit. If you use the Toast app, they also offer a $5 birthday reward! One thing to keep in mind is that Saturdays can get BUSY, especially during the summer when the Mill City Farmers Market is happening right next door. I've found that service can take a little while on Saturdays, so I wouldn't stop in expecting a super quick coffee if the market is in full swing. Overall, the coffee bar is a convenient addition to the neighborhood, and I love that you can either grab something to go or settle in with your laptop. The s'mores latte wasn't necessarily a winner for me, but I'd definitely come back and try another seasonal drink!
