They came back a couple days later and completely removed the nests and did neat and clean work to exclude them from the house. They even completely removed the 2 mounds of bird poop. I came home in the early evening and saw the confused looks on the pigeons faces as they couldn't get into their normal spot. I felt pretty bad about that, but the work needed to be done for the family's health and safety's sake.

They came out and sprayed, but left the current weeds (which are huge) standing..no pulling, cutting, or removal, so my yard still looks completely overrun. If this is a spray-only service, that needs to be made very clear because "weeds-free yard" sets a totally different expectation. For $195, I expected the existing weeds to be addressed in a way that actually results in a weeds-free yard, not just an application with the weeds still there. Why am I paying almost $200 to go out and have to collect the weeds?

But once Aaron started the monthly service I noticed a considerable decline month over month with none making it in the house. I've been using them for almost 2 years. None have been in the house in a year and a half. Rarely do I even see one while actively black-lighting for them at night. Aaron is very friendly and with his experience and knowledge he knows how to focus the treatment based on your needs. I often had to call to find out when my service was scheduled, there was no clear arrival window, and my service frequency changed from monthly to every other month during peak scorpion season without clear notice. When I decided to cancel, I emailed my cancellation request. Green Mango responded asking why I wanted to cancel, but before the cancellation issue was resolved, I discovered I had been billed under a monthly subscription model for a period in which no technician came to my home and no service was performed. Customer service was unwilling to remove the charge or transfer me to someone who could address my concerns, and I was told to wait for an email review. This experience reflected poorly on the company. The lack of communication, inconsistent scheduling, and refusal to promptly address a billing dispute demonstrated a disregard for customers' time and trust. I cannot recommend Green Mango based on how this situation was handled. I will also be following up by filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Arizona Attorney General regarding this matter.

Of course you average my 5 star reviews (which is the same with old time Responsible clients), it gives this company a higher score rating because my 5 star reviews were for nearly a period of 10 yrs before the takeover. I bet if they only scored the reviews from the past 2 years, at best it would be a 1.5 star, not the 4+ star review. I'm glad I have my own pest control guy and he's top notch. Of the 9 reviews I've done since 2013, 6 were 5 stars (before they merged or were bought out by a larger company). You average that with the one 2 star and two 1 stars, my average review would be 3.7 stars. Let me tell you, they are not a 3.7 star company rather a 1 star. Look at all the reviews in the past 2-3 yrs. Take an average of those reviews instead and it will give you a better reflection of where the current company is. Then you make your decision to use them or not.

We hadn't heard of them before but decided to give them a try. The first couple months were good, we didn't have to call them to come more than they already were and we rarely saw a bug inside the house. The minute it started getting hot out we felt like we were calling them all the time because we either had earwigs, crickets, or scorpions INSIDE the house ALIVE. The gentleman who was spraying was very nice but would often miss spots and have to come back. He also never replaced our sticky traps even when we asked. They would tell us a day and time that he would come and it was rarely accurate so we just had to be home all day every day until he came. Customer service was its own beast and the final straw for us. Every time we called the CSR seemed cold and uninterested in our issue and it was always at least 3-4 days before we could a guy out even when we explained to them that we have a baby in the home and are worried about him getting stung. They tried to blame us saying that we probably already had scorpions inside and they weren't coming in from outside (even if that were true, shouldn't they have resolved that since they spray inside too?) Lastly, the sales representative that came to our home never explained to us that we were locked into this contract and there would be a fee to cancel services. I understand this is common so it shouldn't have been too surprising, but it was never explicitly disclosed as he was quickly having us sign paper work and put in payment information. We switched to a different service and are much happier with both their customer service and the results.
