I explained we'd moved, told tech, they couldn't access backyard or inside since we moved, had no contact or calls from them like they usually do when they couldn't get in the backyard. Upon digging further I found that the company is still locally owned and operated and has not been sold to private equity. The owner, David, is awesome. We had several talks and he really impressed me with his knowledge, all I could think is "I want to hire this guy". David gave us an initial quote for another 5 year bond in Spring of 2025. Since we still had a year of warranty left with the home builder we budgeted and saved. When I called David back in March of 2026 he still honored his old quote, without me asking! We set an appointment and the tech came out on time and performed the work safely and efficiently. He explained the entire process, what chemicals he would be using, addressed any safety concerns I had and got to work. If I ever have any future need for a termite company or general pest control David is my new go to, hands down, no questions asked.
