At the time, I was at the Sprint store in Tyler Mall and was told that T-Mobile would honor phone plans with Sprint customers. I had the IPHONE Forever Plan; which entitles me to an upgrade every year when I turn the old IPHONE in. This month I went to the T-Mobile store and they told me that they terminated that plan and that I was on a plan where I buy the IPhone over the course of 30 months. I never agreed to this, and I was not made aware that this was even legal. It sounds incredibly suspicious that a company tells its customers one thing then switches their plans and terminates the one they are on without forewarnings or options. I already pay overpriced phone fees like everyone else, and now feel like I was taken advantage of as well.

I took my friend into this Boost mobile location because her phone was so messed up from her…read moremessing around with things on her phone that she shouldn't have been messing with plus she had a bunch of viruses due to her clinking on things she shouldn't have. So when we got there we were greeted by by girl named Delia. I explained the problems my friend was having with her phone and I also asked her if she could see if my friend could up grade her phone. We were there for a while but that was okay because Delia was absolutely amazing !! She was able to get rid of all the viruses (and let me tell you there were a lot) and my friend got a new phone (the exact one she wanted), and new phone case, and a screen protector (that Delia put on) all for 1/3 of what I paid just for a phone at Tmobile.
