    Hello, I am writing about my experience, and my Fiancé's…read moreexperience at the Meridian, Idaho Store located at: 3223 E Louise Drive, Meridian, ID 83642 I have to say, admittedly, whenever I go into either it's that experience I have and commitment to excellence I provided, I gauge the esthetics, interactions, service. Customers do too but my position is different. This is the first time I had an experience in the industry so good I felt compelled to write about it! I have to honestly say, your store and staff by far are the BEST I have ever seen in the industry, direct or indirect, including the ones I managed. Kind of humbling really and made me relax, I knew I was in good hands. I came into the store, it was beautiful, well kept, I was greeted promptly by Adrian, and right away I knew we were in good hands. Positive attitude, he listened to what I wanted, an upgrade, asked good probing questions, and went to work, to find the best deal for my money and the needs I expressed. While talking he also probed for unexpressed needs but not pushing them. He found a deal for an awesome phone that had everything I wanted. After he nicely, not pushy, while maintaining a positive attitude and being super friendly, he presented a Galaxy Watch 4. I have resisted getting a smart watch since their invention, but he talked, not pushy, about the needs I had and how they complimented the watch and more I could do. Plus, there was a deal for it with my phone, and the fee for the line was good. Sold, and I felt happy about it, I trusted Adrian it was the right choice. During our interaction he also talked to my Fiancé', got to know her as well as me, and probed for her needs, and unexpressed needs, not pushy. So then he asked is there anything he could do for her. Now that she had seen the power of my watch, she inquired about an Applewatch and was like me, resisting to get one since their inception. My Fiancé' is a strong and intelligent woman so I left the interaction to them, I'd only chime in if she asked. He followed his same model and my Fiancé' like me, realized from Adrian's knowledge and care it would be great for her life. She got one and was happy. Adrian was great, activated all devices, transferred my data, connected both watches, then said he was glad to help us in using them. I was good on the Phone but the watches were knew. He showed us everything, even helped and taught us to perform additional tasks, answered every question and we were good to go. At the end he was great, went over all the things we did and asked if we had any more questions, we didn't, he showed us alll we needed to know! All this is less than an hour! He had also expressed the value of our time. The most important part of our interaction was he said if we ever needed help with anything, we are welcome to come back and he, and the store was there for us. Felt we were part of a family now and they all cared. Bottom line, WOW. I have never had such service that I was even remotely compelled to right about. Every representative in the Store: Adrian, Caleb, and Allen are awesome. I can only imagine every visit there you'll find the extra mile. But especially for Adrian,  I think he has it all, the best traits I have ever seen in the industry, and special thanks to him. Your company develops talent very well. I'd hope you would specifically recognize Adrian, he's a star. Thank you! P.S.  We love our watches!

Not only that he is going to personally pick up a modem and set it up for her. He was so nice and helpful I would 100% go back just because of him. I would also like to shout out Jeanette because she was also incredibly kind for us being there so long after closing.

    My wife and I went into this store to purchase two iPhone 6's as early Christmas presents to each…read moreother. We were greeted in a very cordial way, which is why I gave them 1 star. The reason I didn't give them more stars is the fact that they have been unhelpful when I had issues, issues that were caused by Paul when he 'attempted' to set my phone up and also they don't have their own power cords or USB cables. My wife had to order her phone and my phone was in stock, so I stayed and had them attempt to set up my phone. I want to say that the process took over 2 hours (when my wifes phone arrived, I did the whole process myself at home and did it in less than an hour!), which I thought these guys would be the experts on setting up a new iPhone. In addition to not having the knowledge to do the job right, they took my power cable. Now, I suppose that I should have asked before I left, but in retrospect, 'why were they using my cable to begin with?'; needless to say, they failed to give me my power cord. I called that same day and asked for them to mail it to me. Paul the manager said that he would. After 3 days went by I called to ask Paul why I hadn't received my cord yet. His response was that he forgot and that he would mail it out that day. It is now almost a full week and I have yet to receive my cord. I just want people to be aware that if they use that store, keep the salespeople on task, and make them use their own equipment, after all, they are an apple retailer, they should have their own cords and shouldn't need to borrow yours, right?!
