Horrible service. No greet upon arrival sat there for about 30 minutes not even a single word was said to us and this is about the third Verizon store we entered. The service always sucks in these stores, but this time it was even more so to make me actually want to post. I'm so glad I don't ever have to go to the stores if I did I would immediately deactivate my account might be time to go to AT&T read more

I paid my bill in cash at the store, the employee put my phone number in wrong!!! No one has been able to help me with my bill!! What a scam of a place! I have been waiting and waiting to hear from a manager ... nothing but crickets . Even with the bill pay number and receipt they say I didn't pay my bill read more

Was dreading updating my iPhone and assumed it would be a major lift. I'd been avoiding it for over 5 years. But since my phone would be at 40% battery after 15 minutes, it was time. The sales associate was great, extremely helpful and no judge mental and made the process super easy. They had a new 14 in stock and he was willing to swap out accessories that I didn't need. The transfer was going to take an hour and a half, so he had me leave and being both phones while transferring and return the old phone for credit later in the week. Thanks for making what I thought would be a dreaded process super easy read more

I would give this company zero stars if I could. Switched to Verizon three years ago and brought across three lines. The promotion they had going at the time was 200.00 per line that you could use to go towards iPads, watches, or use toward your phone bill. That would have been 600 dollars. Never got it, but of course we were stuck in a three year contract. During which we couldn't leave without paying big fees, but they could and did raise our bill four times during those three years. Now that our contract is over with, we transferred all three lines to another carrier. We transferred them well before our next payment was due. We called and canceled our autopay and account, which I have the email stating that. Yet they still took money from our checking account after everything was canceled. Called to complain and get money back. Was on the phone for over two hours trying to get money back. They would not return the money. This is the most crooked company out there!!!! BEWARE they will screw you over anyway they can, do not go with Verizon wireless!! read more

Kind of odd experience at this store. The staff was very helpful, I believe I was speaking to the manager, not sure his name. Very helpful laying out the options for I Phone's. I let him know I wasn't buying today but would be back on Sunday. I had turned my current phone over to him so he could check the memory. I walked out of the store to do some other shopping and then had to take a call in my car. The manager came out of the store walked right up to my driver's side windows & started peering in my windows and when I rolled them down he said he was looking for a customer that was in there earlier. I was still talking on the phone and just said, "That was really weird." I kind of expect the Sonic Bell Hops to come up to your car and give you window service but this happening with a Verizon Phone store was a new experience. Any of the rest of you have this happen at this or other Verizon locations? Odd. read more

I've been totally dreading coming in to handle a few things on my account and finally bit the bullet today. I was helped by Trazelle, who was super sweet and handled everything in a breeze! Super happy to have such great service during an annoying task- she's a keeper! read more

Horrible customer service! We went in to this location get a business account set up. We had already upgraded our personal accounts at another Verizon store and they gave my wife a $600 credit towards the iPhone 12. However, switching over to the business account would wash the $600 dollar credit my wife had gotten for upgrading on our personal account. Corbin the manager told my wife that her iPhone XR max had already reached its near street value of $100 because she had $75 already applied to it thus far and it wouldn't be worth anything to apply that credit to the business account. At our surprise knowing that the iPhone XR max is worth more than $100 street value, we were naturally upset and offended for a few reasons. My wife wanted to purchase her new phone outright and exchange the xr max with a credit applied when we upgraded our personal account at another store. She was told that wasn't how they do the exchange and would apply $600 credit in total over time each time she paid her bill. She would have gladly listed her phone on fb market and paid for the new 12 in full. They talked her into just doing the credit. Now we are at Corbin's store who we've spoken with extensively over the phone before coming in and knowing our situation he said he would do all that he could to help out and we also spoke about what phones we currently had (the 12's). I was making payments on mine, not a big deal, she had a perfect trade in. When he told us that her phone had reached its street value all, but $25 of it. We weren't happy, we were surprised and when we started questioning it and explaining Verizon just stole $500 dollars from us, he started getting really upset and talking over us and wouldn't let it go. We were trying to say that we aren't mad, but that doesn't make sense and he kept going on about how he's trying to help us and it's not his fault. Right before we decided to get out of there we said we could have at least sold it for $500 online. He replied, "you won't get anything more than $75 dollars for an iPhone 8". That's when we understood that whatever he was talking about, he clearly didn't listen us the entire time we were talking about how she had just upgraded her phone and we were concerned over her losing her $600 credit. We were right back where we started except now we are all upset and would rather not do business with Corbin. I hope he feels better "winning" read more

Hands down the biggest waste of time. Will was great as a person, but is either new or does not give a shit. 4+ hours to be added to an existing business account. We hit every issue possible while watching numerous customers fly in and out. Every time he asked for help it was solved in minutes. But by himself took forever. This was the worst experience I have ever had with phone service. If I didn't think that reversing my purchase was going to be like pulling teeth, I would have just stayed with my existing company. read more

Just got new phones a couple weeks ago at this Meridian, ID store. We were able to get the new upgraded iPhones for my wife and I because ours were a couple years old. One of their employees, Peach, was great to work with and he helped us transfer the data from the old phones well past closing time (and they were starting inventory that night!). One of the new phones was defective and Alan, the store manager, contacted us regarding a replacement as soon as it arrived. Every time I've been in to this location they have been helpful. Thanks guys, hope you had a great Christmas and have a great New Year! read more

Worst customer service ever! When I signed up with them the guy told me I should not be using my phone as a hotspot for streaming and should get a jet pack. After consulting my son who knows my situation and that I am streaming on my laptop... I even had my son on phone speaker while talking with this guy and we both told him it would be for streaming. The guy was like yeah this is what you want. Well month two and I can't use it. Apparently there is a cap on how long you can use its data even though I have unlimited. I go back to the store to talk to them about it and a guy who WASN'T EVEN THE ONE WHO HELPED ME, stood there and said "I told you it wasn't for streaming"! The girl that was working there today when I went in even said they stopped selling them in the store bc there were so many problems. All they would say is that you're not supposed to use it for streaming and you signed a contract. JERKS! I would not have bought it if I could not use it to stream! Don't listen to anything they say. I called customer service and a supervisor told me to talk to the manager about canceling the account and have them waive the charge. I talk to the manager and he says he can't that customer service has to do it. What a freaking joke. read more

Emily! This is who to ask for when you enter the store! My phone ran out of storage and I somehow apparently did a factory reset by mistake. So I brought in my phone (and tablet, in case that would help). Emily worked through and around some issues and was able to restore most of what I had lost. She patiently spent about an hour helping me. Thanks, Emily! read more

Emanuel was fantastic at the Verizon store off of meridian road. He was super kind and patient and saved my bf and I a TON of money. We were able to get the xr iPhones with no down payment. We also got a $400 trade in with my bf's old phone and $130 in trade in that we were able to apply towards our new phones. Emanuel is an excellent example of how to treat customers as well as up sell without forcing us into anything. He built our trust up and we are so glad he was there to help us!!! Thank you Emanuel!!! read more

We went in to buy two phones. I thought that they were a "company store" (which I was told later by Verizon that they are not). I asked them to waive the set up costs they said that it isn't allowed anymore and they said that they couldn't charge it to my bill either, so I paid at that time. They did not tell me that there would also be a set up fee on our bill from Verizon. When I contacted Verizon after receiving my June bill with two set up fees they said that whatever we were charged for was not the set up/activation fee. BE CAREFUL PEOPLE! YOU END UP PAYING $60 TOTAL TO GET EACH PHONE "SET UP" WHEN YOU GO THROUGH THESE PEOPLE. You are better off ordering your phone on-line through Verizon directly. They will even often waive your activation if you ask. This store actually was really tired of trying to figure out how to set up our cloud storage and in the end told us we would have to contact Apple. We paid an extra $20 per phone for that service! Also, they sold us this plan that gave us glass protection and some coupons. That was $80 per phone. The coupons would supposedly come in the mail within 30 days. Guess what? No coupons! And while we were there I asked them to replace the glass on my phone (I bought the same plan for that phone just under two years ago) they were out of glass and told me I'd need to come back. Don't waste your time and money! Just go direct to Verizon on-line. It works! read more

Worst Customer Service experience EVER. Do not do business here. Promotions are promised, not followed thru. WATCH YOUR PAPERWORK CLOSELY BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING. Store manager Allen challenges us as a customer as to what actually happened even after speaking with his employee who claims they "don't remember". Not a single effort to make right what was clearly done wrong. Will never do business with these people again. You are better off calling Customer Service and doing your transactions over the phone on a recorded line. What a joke. I have never written a negative review in my life...we were completely duped on this one. STEER CLEAR OF GO WIRELESS. read more

I was almost ready to give up on Verizon because THIS was the only place I was going to get help due to the convenience of this location. They do NOT want to help customers at this store (especially the young women who work there). They give you an answer to "get rid of you" if you aren't ready to sign up for a serious upgrade as the only solution to a simple problem (that you later find out can be solved by those at their other retailers who truly want to help and earn their paycheck). One young man (almost two years ago) WAS somewhat helpful but HE was the exception and it was an easy problem to solve. read more

Great customer service. I bought an iPhone for my son's graduation. Meranda helped me out and was very knowledgable about the process of switching phones. She went over the options for plans with me and found the best priced one for what I needed. I highly recommend this store and Meranda is the best! read more
