We switched from Cox high speed internet to T-Mobile 5G Home Internet because of a major increase…read morein Cox's monthly fee. We went for the highest T-Mobile Home Internet plan with the 2 devices: a Gateway & WiFi Mesh Access Point was sent to us and we found switching over and installation to be quick and not difficult. The speed was to be about 200-300 mbps and ends up being about 135 mbps. Why the difference? Because our devices are wireless. Our everyday speed for internet and television streaming is adequate. The beloved T-Mobile customer service is VERY disappointing. For example, when addressing an issue, they said they will email me a link for a VISA gift card to be after 90 days of service. They did not send me the link and when inquired about it they told me it was too late. I told them I never got the link so it took me several calls, being on hold, and transferring me, and then giving me reassurance which ended up being just words and a few lies on what they told me and promised. This involved hours of phone time, and when they decided to enable me to still be eligible for the gift card, they told me it would take "10 weeks, plus or minus 7 additional business days from when it is approved". During this process I was told 3 times I would get a confirmation email, which I never got and also a call back pledge which I never received. So more lies. Gone are the days of their award winning customer service. Now I will be waiting to get the digital MasterCard gift card which I have my doubts about ever receiving. UPDATE: After jumping through hoops and waiting weeks, I DID receive the Promotional Digital MasterCard. To add insult to injury, my home security system has been giving me problems and after a 2 1/2 hour service visit they told me that my T-Mobile internet was inadequate for my security system making it's features unaccessible except for working only intermittently - great huh? I will consider switching from this service when feasible but now I cannot enthusiastically recommend using it.

I would give zero stars if that were an option. Toys Wireless is hands down one of the most…read moreunprofessional, poorly run, and unreliable businesses I've ever dealt with. This store opens late constantly, and even when the doors are unlocked, no one is ever at the front. You walk in and just stand there wondering if anyone even works there. No greeting, no acknowledgment, no customer service--nothing. It feels like customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason the business exists. Simple tasks like paying a phone bill or fixing a device turn into a drawn-out, confusing mess every single time. The staff either doesn't know what they're doing or simply doesn't care. There's zero consistency in pricing--I've been quoted different prices for the same service, which immediately raises red flags. It feels misleading at best. The biggest issue is their claim about "original parts." Do not believe it. Even when you specifically request and pay extra for original parts, the device never works the same afterward. Performance is worse, issues appear that weren't there before, and nothing feels factory-correct. Based on my repeated experiences, I strongly believe customers are not receiving the parts they're paying for. There is also no transparency about what's being installed, no proof of authenticity, and no accountability when problems happen after the repair. Once they have your money, you're basically on your own. The entire operation feels disorganized, careless, and unprofessional--from how the store is staffed, to how pricing is handled, to how repairs are done. I've visited multiple times hoping things would improve, and they never did. Every visit somehow managed to be worse than the last. If you value your phone, your money, or your time, avoid this place completely. There are plenty of legitimate wireless and repair shops in Phoenix that actually respect customers and stand behind their work. This is not one of them.

So I decide to come into All Cellular since my mom had a good experience some years ago. They initially told me $45 for the battery replacement. The guy says "wait 10-15 minutes," I happily say yes. About AN HOUR later the same guy comes out to tell me that he couldn't get the home button on my iPhone to work. That wasn't a problem before. "It'll be $20 because I need to replace the entire screen now" he says. "But that wasn't a problem before coming in here" I responded. Basically, I had to have my screen replaced to have a working phone. He said "I'll pay half". Whatever. Sure. About 30 minutes later it's done. He says they only take cash. Why wasn't this mentioned during the almost hour and a half I was just sitting there? I'm extremely upset at this point and ask where I can find a Chase ATM because I'm not spending more money than needed on this little deal. A girl with really long hair who works there says "go to the Walgreens right there they have a chase atm". So I go. Oh and I had to leave my phone, that's fine no big deal. Turns out that the Walgreens doesn't have a chase atm so I paid $3 more for this whole ordeal. I couldn't map a nearby chase atm because once again, I had to leave my phone at the store. I come back to the store and the guy says it's $65. I'm like what? I only got $60 because $45 + the $10 (remember he had said he'd pay fo half of the 20 for the screen WHICH WAS HIS MISTAKE to begin with FYI). So he says ok, and I thought I would get $5 back....but of course not! And I told the girl "by the way, Walgreens doesn't have a chase atm. I had to pay $3 extra for this" and she unapologetically just says "ok". Horrible horrible and I feel like they find ways to get more money out of you. I wasted my time and my money. If you're looking for cheaper places that actually are honest and do a good job, I recommend a phone repair shop inside the flea market called El Centro on indian School ad 43rd. They've done an awesome job on my phone and don't charge you for their mistakes (which don't happen anyways)

Amazing Alex! Do you ever dread upgrading to new phones…read morebecause you know the process is worse than buying a new car? That was us! We arrived armed with skepticism and left totally awed by Alex Clark and the transparency of the experience. I have a gut instinct about people and Alex quickly won my trust. He explained every absolute detail known to man regarding the phones, the contracts, the options without pushing for a decision. There was no expectation to leave with new phones- he would give us the printed bid- yes you read that right-the PRINTED bid. In the past I have walked from upgrading my phone when I was presented with a multitude of verbal quotes-nothing in writing,-and promises my bill would be lower than my previous bill- but no definitive agreement. Not with Alex- he would have met with us all day answering any questions we had- we never felt rushed. What we did feel was respect, patience, clarity and actually joy as Alex continued to deliver both professionally and with his endearing enthusiasm. Yes we left with new phones, and several Verizon products. We hope Alex never leaves Verizon- but we know he is a gem and may be snatched up in another capacity. A plus for Alex and a minus for us. When you want an exemplary phone buying experience ask for Alex Clark.
