Copied from my google review: I brought an iPhone 14 in here for repair for my boss a few weeks ago. The screen was completely shattered and we wanted a new screen. $375 later for an 'apple certified' screen that isn't actually apple certified, the phone just reboot itself every 5-10 minutes. I brought it in again and they redid the screen and said there was nothing wrong with that they did and everything was fine it had to have been a different issue. I took it to a different repair shop, and that repair shop just called me after having the phone for a week. This repair shop lost one of the sensors when putting the phone back together. Instead of letting me know and fixing it, they told me multiple times it was fine. I have a very strong feeling they scammed me. Edit in response to the owners reply: I asked the other repair shop if it was likely to have happened when the screen broke /just to give your company the benefit of the doubt/ and their repair man said it was highly unlikely and the only way he has ever seen that piece completely missing (not just broken) was via improper replacement. He followed up by saying it was either thrown away carelessly upon removal or torn and your repair man thought it was okay to return the phone without it. He also let me know you did not add new waterproof adhesive and just used what was left on the phone to stick the screen on. Not only that, but over 10 screws were ALSO missing from the inside of the phone. Every single step of this repair was met with carelessness and an inability to do ones job properly. Just responding to a google review is not enough. I do not want a discount off of any future services as I will absolutely never trust you or your company with a thousand dollar device ever again. Call the number left on the voicemail to remedy the situation, don't extend a discount that will absolutely never be used. You can do a partial refund of the exorbitant amount I paid to get back a paperweight. read more

Brought my iPad in to get the screen replaced. Charged me $120 to replace and when I got it back it with the replacement screen, it was all scratched up not even a new screen for $120. Ok whatever at least the screen works now. 2 days later I'm watching on the iPad not even touching it and the screen goes all wacky just like the first time. I brought it back in because I was still in the 15 day warranty window they've provided after replacement. I take it in and the owner tells me "I can fix it for $80"....but wait it's only been 2 days since replacement so it should be covered by warranty. "No that's only if the screen works but the buttons don't" wait what the screen is still messed up without any fault of my own doing. " I can replace the screen again for $80" hell no I am not getting robbed of my money twice! Might as well have bought a whole new iPad by this point, waste of time and money. Do not go here for any screen repairs, my situation didn't get better, it got worse. ZERO STARS. read more

I went in to get my charging port fixed on my iPhone 7 they charged me 30 bucks. When I got my phone back the volume rockers didn't work I could no longer place or receive calls. People couldn't here me. When I went back into the store the man that fixes the phone said it a Verizon issue and I have cricket. I kept explaining to him that there wasn't anything wrong with it other than the charge port when I brought it in. He called me a bitch an asked what the hell I was going to do about it. I purchased a privacy screen protector for $30. I was given the wrong size and it had started to peel off. I went back for a replacement to later notice that my phone even on bright was as bright as it should be and it's not a privacy screen protector. They lie and steal your money. Refusing to give money back even after confessing to me they didn't give me a privacy screen protector the second time. The skinny Indian guy with a long beard screamed at me and refused to give me a refund. His solution was for me to purchase another screen protector that was clear for $10 because they don't sell privacy screen protectors for iPhone 13. GO TO: All Cellular Phones & Accessories! If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I brought my ipad into be replaced from the screen and they ended up messing other things up from it. The staff were super rude about it when everything was perfectly fine with it. I ended up just getting it back worst then how it was. Not recommended! read more
