    I bought a phone from them and tried to return it and they wouldn't take it back unused in the box unopened.

    I brought my flawless, never dropped - in a case since new - Pixel 6 phone to The Fix to have my…read morescreen replaced after I splashed water on the charging port. Adam was unable to fix it. He was also unable to return it to me in anywhere near the condition it was in prior to the intended repair: Not only did he damage my phone in several places with the tools to replace the screen, he also damaged the fingerprint sensor inside and the bezel around the screen is broken in several places as well. He returned the phone to me in pieces held together with a rubber band. He didn't even bother putting it back together! This is absolutely unacceptable and I will be filing suit in Maricopa County Justice Court for the cost of a replacement if The Fix does not offer compensation. DO NOT TRUST THEM! THIS STORE OFFERS NO ACCOUNTABILITY WHATSOEVER!!! Not only is he an unprofessional, incompetent hack but he does not even back up his work!!! He thinks that "not charging" me is good enough? He actually permanently damaged my phone. I went to two other shops this evening and they want to charge me $200+ to fix it - Adam also irretrievably damaged the replacement screen that I paid for - but they obviously can't repair the blatant aesthetical damage. Find somewhere else to fix your phone!

    I have fond memories of visiting the Apple Store at the Scottsdale Quarter over the years. I have…read morepurchased items from this location, stopped by for help, got a replacement iPhone, and more. Today, I stopped by to sell an old MacBook back for store credit and also to ask a general question about a new MacBook I just purchased recently. I appreciated the service and resolution. When my wife and I entered the Apple Store, we quickly saw an Apple associate (identified by their colored shirt). We were asked what we needed and quickly checked in and brought over to a set of display tables where we waited for an associate to wrap up with two other customer before she asked how she could help us. The associate (Michelle) quickly exchanged our old MacBook for an Apple gift card and asked us what other questions we had. Michelle referred us to the Apple Support team to answer questions about transferring music from one MacBook to another. She then introduced us to UNiDAYS and demonstrated how that would work to save us money on a MacBook, iPad, or Apple Watch. We appreciated Michelle for answering all of our questions in a short amount of time. The store is laid out well with tables with items on display with other items on the side of room. There was also a classroom at the back of the store for sessions offered throughout the day. You can learn more about the Scottsdale Quarter location at https://www.apple.com/retail/scottsdalequarter. It is open daily from 10 AM to 9 PM except for Sunday when it is open from 10 AM to 6 PM. At this specific location, they offer many different sessions including a demonstration of Apple Vision Pro. They also have their Genius Bar (for technical support) and you can shop by drop-in, order a pickup in store, or make a reservation in advance for repair. With Apple being a huge product nowadays, having a store where you could do pretty much anything you want to do regarding Apple or its devices is a must have. I certainly recommend visiting any Apple Store, but definitely the Scottsdale Quarter location.

    Apple I am livid…read more Had a iPhone 13 Pro as well SEVERAL in the past all the way down to the original iPhone. Always have been happy... even bought for other family members and encouraged others to buy them.... TILL my upgrade to an iPhone 16 Pro... to which NEVER has been able to be backed up. I have gone to Apple stores and they (multiple workers) were ALL stumpt. As almost nothing on the phone... to include deleting all pictures, texts, a majority of apps and turning off back-up options etc. and this iPhone 16 Pro still WONT BACK UP! I Have downloaded all available updates. My 13 Pro had hundreds of messages, photos/videos, has SEVERAL more apps etc.... And NECER HAD AN ISSUE... and yes I have even deleted the 13 PRO from my iCloud in attempt to resolve... and still can't get this 16 PRO to update. The 16 Pro, Has always had under 800MB at the most when attempted to back-up... when 5KB is supposed to be available without having to pay more to upgrade to more storage (iCloud+). Workers and Leads at store says only Support over the phone can help... so I reached out to them. When speaking with a lead she seems work off a directional trouble shooting chart without any regard to common sense, specific circumstantial reasoning or reasonable customer service resolution. As if it does work for the chart then they can't (in really they just won't) take care of anything or take any accountability with their thousand plus dollar product. It's like they are tell me "Oh well, skip rocks"! Apple continues to say only two options are: 1. Manage Apps and Storage on phone ... even though it has been made clear there is a ridiculous amount of available space that should be able to be backed-up. Going even as far to Deleting almost everything and turning off back ups on apps have not even worked either. 2. I pay for more storage by paying for iCloud+... even though what I have in my phone doesn't even make a dent in what I should already have without having to pay former storage!!! They are refusing to escalate this any further and say those are the only two options... well really only one because we have already attempted everything when it comes to managing storage and apps by deleting /turning of back-up options to them.

He was the only person in the store and I don't think he was knowledgeable. There were 5 other unhappy customers there! When he finally got to me he simply told me to buy more space. What a copout! There was a snowbird with children in the car whose GPS stopped working. She was flustered and didn't know where to go. He told her to go to the Apple Store (he didn't know how to help and didn't want to). She asked where it was and he told her the street. She asked for an address and directions and he refused to help at all actually saying "I'm not going to do that." Another customer ended up helping her. And why do they only have one person in the store most of the time? Verizon had 4-5 helpers because they care about customer service. I'm coming from Verizon and I'm so sorry I switched. Costco had a good deal financially that was enticing. It was cheaper but I lost the customer service. BUYER BEWARE!!!

    A horrible experience upgrading to a new iPhone. Am escalating to AT&T with copy to ADA…read more Disrespected as a 30 yr AT&T customer and a disabled person. This was the employee. His name tag says Daniel but a receipt he rung up had Bryan L as cashier name. He deleted this photo in the data transfer process but didnt realize that I know that deleted iPhoto images can be recovered in 30 days. I am sorry that I didn't handle this with Apple, have never been treated like this there.
