Two words: incompetent, unprofessional. I also forgot to mention terrible service and rude. Other than that, I'm running out of adjectives.

I can see why they are well-rated. Both folks (first day was Dakota, I want to say Alex when I come…read moreback) I worked with were super nice and knowledgeable. I had shattered the back glass of my iPhone, and silly me figured I would fix it myself (10 minutes they say!). Not only did I make a mess of it, but I made it a lot worse. They fixed many of my errors, were patient with my questions, and did the best they could given how much I damaged (I did not ask them to fix everything, just get back and going). Thank you!

I came to the store about 10 minutes later and spoke with Dakota again. He acted like having a customer there was a bother even though I was the only one there. I should add that I stopped by the day before around 10AM when they opened and no one was there. I called and waited for 15 minutes and left. The next day I called first and no one answered until nearly 10:30. At the time of drop of Dakota then informed me that the watch would no longer be water proof. I'm okay with that, but why could he not have told me that over the phone a few minutes earlier. I dropped off the watch and about 90 minutes later Dakota calls and says that there is a problem. Apparently the attachment from the battery to the watch came out with the battery and broke. He said this happens frequently. He also says that the person who can fix it will not be in for another 4 days. If this is something that happens frequently then he surely should have advised me of this. I would likely have chosen to not proceed with the battery replacement. But now I have no choice because the watch is now non functional until it is repaired. On the day the watch was supposed to be fixed, I find out that they weren't even having the part delivered until that day and it will be later in the day. This is now Christmas Eve. I am unable to pick it up later so have to wait until 12/26. So long story short I felt like I completely got the run around and will be without the watch for nearly a week. I was not advised that this problem frequently happens, and I should have been. I would not recommend using this repair business to anyone as they lack communication.

Let me just say... my computer was there. And it needed a transfer / transplant of all my data for years. And then I took it to UBreakiFix. Now, I expected a repair. Maybe a polite "we'll do our best." What I got instead was Incredible IT service and more like a full-scale neurological intervention--minus the operating room and the dramatic music. If a neurosurgeon restores the human brain, then UBreakiFix restored the soul of my computer. They fix it--they revived it, optimized it, and sent it home functioning better than it had in years.

What I got instead was a cold dismissal and an attempt to charge me directly--despite the fact that my phone was still under insurance. It genuinely felt like they were trying to double dip: make me pay out-of-pocket while also billing Verizon. But what really shocked me was the attitude. They stood firmly behind a multi-billion dollar corporation instead of helping a real person who just spent good money on a brand-new phone. No empathy, no effort, no customer service. Just a shrug and a bill. Thankfully, I found the 7th Street location in Phoenix, and they were everything this place wasn't--kind, helpful, and got my phone fixed through insurance in just a few hours. Bottom line: if you want to be treated like a human being, skip this location. They've clearly forgotten who keeps the lights on.

This store opens late constantly, and even when the doors are unlocked, no one is ever at the front. You walk in and just stand there wondering if anyone even works there. No greeting, no acknowledgment, no customer service--nothing. It feels like customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason the business exists. Simple tasks like paying a phone bill or fixing a device turn into a drawn-out, confusing mess every single time. The staff either doesn't know what they're doing or simply doesn't care. There's zero consistency in pricing--I've been quoted different prices for the same service, which immediately raises red flags. It feels misleading at best. The biggest issue is their claim about "original parts." Do not believe it. Even when you specifically request and pay extra for original parts, the device never works the same afterward. Performance is worse, issues appear that weren't there before, and nothing feels factory-correct. Based on my repeated experiences, I strongly believe customers are not receiving the parts they're paying for. There is also no transparency about what's being installed, no proof of authenticity, and no accountability when problems happen after the repair. Once they have your money, you're basically on your own. The entire operation feels disorganized, careless, and unprofessional--from how the store is staffed, to how pricing is handled, to how repairs are done. I've visited multiple times hoping things would improve, and they never did. Every visit somehow managed to be worse than the last. If you value your phone, your money, or your time, avoid this place completely. There are plenty of legitimate wireless and repair shops in Phoenix that actually respect customers and stand behind their work. This is not one of them.
