Unfortunately, my…read moreexperience leaving AT&T wasn't great--the process of removing a line and transferring my phone to a new carrier was more complicated and frustrating than it should have been. I started my Verizon experience online and then went into a store for help activating my phone. One thing I learned quickly is that not all Verizon stores are the same--some are corporate locations, while others are third-party retailers, and there is definitely a difference in service. My first visit was to the Verizon store on Scottsdale Rd near Thai Chili To Go, where Alex assisted me. He was professional and friendly, helped get things started, and even recommended Verizon Home Internet for my small business--which, so far, has been awesome. He told me the activation process would take about 30 minutes and stepped away to help other customers. After a while, he returned and said everything was good to go. However, when I left the store, my phone hadn't fully transferred. I ended up in a frustrating situation where both my AT&T and Verizon services were still active, meaning the port hadn't completed successfully. Since it was close to closing time, I couldn't go back that same day and had to spend additional time the next day dealing with the issue--something that's not easy when running a business. The next day, I went to the Verizon store near PV Mall, where Freddie helped me--and this completely turned my experience around. I came in frustrated, but Freddie was quick, efficient, and highly professional. He fixed everything that hadn't been completed previously and made sure my phone was fully activated and working before I left. He also took the time to explain the difference between corporate and third-party stores, which really helped me understand why my experiences were so different. While my initial experience wasn't ideal, Freddie's customer service, attention to detail, and commitment to making sure everything was 100% complete made a huge difference. Alex did a good job getting things started and was helpful during my time in the store, but the follow-through is where the experience fell short. In the end, I'm happy I made the switch to Verizon, especially with the Home Internet service, but I would strongly recommend going to a corporate store if you want a smoother, more reliable customer service experience.

What matters here is that Connie was 100% committed to me be credited correctly. The charges that were assessed were excessive, in my opinion. Diligently , My Technical Representative , On the span of 45 minutes had my bill That is due on August 14th reduced from $370.50 to 290.27. There is also a credit Pending of $59,70 on my next bill. Connie is a credit to her Verizon teammates. Her investment in focusing on me ;the Customer enabled me not to Be overcharged. I have had a Cellular Device since the early 2000's?. Best experience I have ever had with any phone carrier. Piece Of Mind Service is Priceless. Thanks Connie for restoring my faith that there are individuals like you in Corporate America.
