I came to the store about 10 minutes later and spoke with Dakota again. He acted like having a customer there was a bother even though I was the only one there. I should add that I stopped by the day before around 10AM when they opened and no one was there. I called and waited for 15 minutes and left. The next day I called first and no one answered until nearly 10:30. At the time of drop of Dakota then informed me that the watch would no longer be water proof. I'm okay with that, but why could he not have told me that over the phone a few minutes earlier. I dropped off the watch and about 90 minutes later Dakota calls and says that there is a problem. Apparently the attachment from the battery to the watch came out with the battery and broke. He said this happens frequently. He also says that the person who can fix it will not be in for another 4 days. If this is something that happens frequently then he surely should have advised me of this. I would likely have chosen to not proceed with the battery replacement. But now I have no choice because the watch is now non functional until it is repaired. On the day the watch was supposed to be fixed, I find out that they weren't even having the part delivered until that day and it will be later in the day. This is now Christmas Eve. I am unable to pick it up later so have to wait until 12/26. So long story short I felt like I completely got the run around and will be without the watch for nearly a week. I was not advised that this problem frequently happens, and I should have been. I would not recommend using this repair business to anyone as they lack communication.

They're more concerned about getting a commission for getting you a phone than anything else.
