I inquired about a phone upgrade as I had debating one for the past few weeks and wound up setting up a time with him to return in a few days when I had the time to sit down and do the set up with him. Today was upgrade day and Michael made it easy and painless. Very knowledgeable and very sincere. It's more like hanging out with a friend who knows about phones than dealing with someone in sales, which I loved because I hate shopping for just about anything and will generally avoid it whenever possible. I live closer to a different Verizon location but this is the one I will keep coming back to whenever I need something. And whenever possible I will definitely seek out Michael to help me.

I bought a plan for a screen protector and called to find out the "child" that sold it to me only charged me for the screen and not the plan. I called in advance and the Manager promised to upgrade me to the plan. However, after driving all the way to the store, now they cant figure out how to do it. I have been standing here for an hour with a powerless employee (manager nowhere in sight). Can't take it anymore. Taking my business elsewhere. Do not go to this poorly managed location unless you want bad service at premium prices. Blech. Update: I went to the Verizon @authorized dealer on 7th and stead if paying the $80 this store wanted to charge me for "the plan", I bought a plan for $40 that includes 5 free replacements. I also received a VM from this store manager making excuses and not taking responsibility for his poor performance. I will NOT EVER be going back. EVER. My advice? Go to the ACTUAL Verizon store by Rosauers. If you are in a hurry go to the 7th ave store.

I ordered my new phone and and when I came in to pick it up the store was very busy, since the new iPhone 11 had just come out, but everyone was still very nice and accommodating. The manager went above and beyond making sure I had everything I needed and the best possible deal. I will definitely be coming back to this location for any other phone needs I have!

I was lied to and charged for things that I never agreed to…read more I went here to get a new phone and was told that they were running a promotion for a $50 Tab A along with buying a phone. I asked 2X and was ensured by the representative that the only charge I would receive would be $50. After getting my bill, I found out that not only was I charged $200 for the Tab A, They had also added another line for it, at a monthly charge but also $14/month in insurance! I brought all the paperwork back to them and asked to simply return the Tab A and get a refund. They would not accept the return even though the Tab A was never even used and in its original wrapping even though I was able to show them on the paperwork that I had that I had not initialed the boxes authorizing any of the additional payments.
