Before hanging up on me she made it clear that she was impatient and "had a store full of customers", which I completely understand, however I didn't know any better! I had called a shoe repair shop previously and they recommended I call this shop with some of my questions. I hope this woman is reading this: it's not okay to treat people that way. That was incredibly hurtful. Please considering taking more time with customers and understanding that we don't all have the same knowledge that you do. All I was doing was asking for help.
