Today, I called the same store and spoke with Jake about a dopp kit I wanted to get. He was amazing as well, to say the least, treated me like family and rung me up as if I were in store, and is overnighting me a new Dopp kit to replace one I've had for over a decade. I'll never stop doing business with Lucchese, as all I've gotten is superb treatment. From the store in Charlotte, to a few of them in Fort Worth and Dallas and now, my amazing interactions with Bozeman, sells me on their brand and quality of service. The quality of their boots, leather goods and clothing is top notch as well. I'm a customer for life, plus that intoxicating smell of quality leather is unparalleled. When we asked questions, we were treated with such arrogance and condescension that I couldn't believe we were dealing with a "local company" who we found out by the way is owned by some woman in CALIFORNIA. Then again, it is Bozangeles. I wonder if the owners actually know how horrible their employees treat customers, and I also wonder if they realize or care that families that go back seven generations know hundreds of other families that will now get the full picture of what this store is and who they have working for them. We have contacted the actual designer and let them know about our experience and how their product line is being represented in Bozeman Montana.
