This could not have been a better experience. Joe Hough was our salesman and no matter what we asked to see, he showed us. At the same time, when we asked questions, he didn't sugar coat it, he gave us a straight up and honest answers. TJ took care of us in the sales/accessories shop. He also did not sugar coat anything. (I love that by the way). He didn't try to up-sale us on everything like most salesman do. If we asked for a specific thing, sometimes he would tell us a better option for what we needed the item for even if was less expensive. Bill and Bennet handled our paperwork and financing and got us through it like a breeze. They made the process seemless and stress free. Angel, my man. We had an issue with the wiring in the back of the truck and the brakes were just not working. He (and Andy (super sweet and cool as hell) spent hours getting the wiring fixed so the lights on the trailer would work so we could take it home. Not once did we feel like we were a bother for the trouble (and the heat index was over 100 that day). He then took us through the walkthrough to make sure we understood how everything worked and happily repeated instructions when we asked for a repeat. My only regret is that we didn't waste our time at the previous two stores before ending up here. Thanks guys! We appreciate it tremendously!

In my Opinion I Would have given Crest View RV 5 stars but in short service department PDI sucks, first with the positive. I basically bought my 2022 Cougar 25RDS almost sight unseen I was an out-of-state buyer and my experience with Jered from sales was very positive quick response to all my questions including videos I requested. I hired a independent RV Inspectors and Crest View RV had no issues with that at all and that gave me some comfort. Jered was there to assist them with any question they had. The Camper was ready for them upon arrival with water and power hooked up. Rob from Finance was quick to send out the paperwork and was easy to understand, I had no pressure to buy any of the Extended services or products. I was planning on driving up to get the camper but unfortunately my truck got rearended, Crest View was nice enough to offer to hold my camper I bought from them in storage for 30 days if needed thank you. Now to the service department LACK of PDI/I had a transport company deliver my camper from Selma TX to Ventura County, CA that took them 24 hours straight. upon delivery I noticed the following, Propane tanks hold down rod was not even threaded into the bottom bracket extremely dangerous; one propane bottle was left opened, Main battery was not secured down at all, battery terminals loose negative terminal came loose on the road and dragged, all tire pressures were at 35 to 40psi instead of 80psi surprised a tire didn't blow, one of the wheels the lug nuts were loose almost hand tight extremely dangerous. Camper was missing a DOME light cover. Solar system was not working due to a blown fuse, all holding tank valves left opened, holding tank valve handles not tightened and fell off on the road. spare tire was loose also extremely dangerous. Some of the items above could have potentially harmed someone on the road or worst yet killed someone on the road. I am a Aircraft Technician if we were doing these kind of half ass inspection/PDI we would all be in trouble, come on CrestView Service Department these campers are not rocket science at all. In conclusion, would I buy another camper from Crest View RV in the future yes I would, but I wouldn't let the service department touch the rig, next time around I would drive over do my own PDI with the sales department. Stay tuned for the Youtube video I made. After I did the necessary Proper INSPECTION! and Repairs wife and I like the camper and enjoy it, Thank you Crest View RV and Jered for making this a somewhat pleasant buying experience.

Two vehicles you can think about: Newmar Dutch Star - all you ever wanted in a motor coach. Literally. My wife was outraged with the fact it didn't have a fireplace. The salesman said "the floor is heated." "Problem" solved, ha ha. By the way, the salesman wasn't doing anything. He didn't have to. I sat down in the recliner and had no desire to move. That vehicle is nicer than most people's homes, which it should be for the significant price. Then there's the Grand Design 380FL. The roof - the Blue Compass salesperson let us hit a sample of the roof with a hammer. It did no damage. It has a lifetime warranty on an RV roof. Let that sink in. It's a great, great vehicle with tons of space and a marvelous front living room. It costs - about as much as you'd expect. A really nice 5th wheel. My wife wanted it but getting a truck for it would cost me almost as much as the 5th wheel. This is not a major RV show - the Florida SuperSale is going on this week & I'm sure the Austin show is coming soon. It is good enough and I dont have to go far to see premium vehicles.

My wife and I have owned seven RVs over the past 52 years, and nothing has compared to the service we received from Stahmann's. They specialize in Class B RVs, offering a fantastic selection. Brittney Lopanec, the General Manager, made the whole process smooth and pressure-free. Her husband, Carl, co-owner of the dealership, really knows his stuff when it comes to the ins and outs of Class B RVs. If you're in the market for a Class B and want top-notch service and competitive pricing, no matter where you live, I highly recommend giving Brittney a call for a quote--you won't be disappointed!

There were no crazy fees, Karl showed us exactly how everything worked, and it was an amazingly fantastic experience from top to bottom. Absolutely recommend them to anyone interested in a class B! Once you buy your RV, good luck. I hope and nothing happens to your RV, because you will be at their mercy to even answer a telephone. When Brooklyn, a service advisor, finally returned my call, after a whole day, she mistook my information and was telling me I had Parts pending. When my RV is sitting at home. I advised her I had no knowledge of what she was talking about and she insisted I was someone that she was addressing for a parts problem, when all along her information was incorrect. As I called, to follow up, AJ answers the phone randomly and offers to take a message. On another attempt to reach Brooklyn, AJ forward to my call to Servando, a sales rep who also states, I will look into this, speak to Brooklyn and call you back, also a failed response. After another failed attempt to speak to Brooklyn, I asked to speak to Mr. Turner, the manager. Also, with a failed attempt and no callback. I would highly recommend to look at the reviews prior to any purchases made here, as I should've done! Camping World, you need to do better and be more attentive to your customers and their RV camping needs. When it comes to purchasing a new RV, at this location, I would highly recommend reconsidering.
