We were very happy with our salesman, Ben Wolf. He listened to our travel trailer needs & wants and took us right to inventory that could meet our criteria. No pressured-sales. Communication was superb! Once we made our decision on a trade-in/used camper, we did the walk-thru with Brent and he went over every feature & answered all our questions. The reason for no 5 star review is that we found the roof had not been cleaned, nor the underside. Under the drawers, we had to vacuum out debris. I was purchasing a 5th wheel from a private seller. I took it in for inspection. They returned it without putting A/C covers back on two of the units (the two units they worked on), so the interior was completely open to the elements. Then, when asked to bring the covers, they said the camper came in without the covers. I told them absolutely not because it would have been open to the elements with severe interior damage, which it has none. They finally brought the covers and put on the two units. I bought a new battery during inspection. Had the 5th wheel delivered and put the jack down, then turned the battery off. I turned the battery on to clean the interior, and the battery was dead. We took it back to the dealership, and they were so rude and said there was nothing wrong with the battery. So, they all stood around while the guy checked it.....it was a bad battery. Got a new one. While on the roof, I noticed a soft spot in the corner. Noted to have black and rotted plywood under the roof in the back corner. When asked why they did not tell me about it, their response was "we didn't use the ladder for the RV, we use our own ladder". To which I told them, "You walk on the soft spot while standing at the back A/C unit, so you obviously didn't even check the roof at all. Now I have a 5th wheel I cannot use, sitting on my property, with a rotten roof. read more

Went in to fill up a 20lb propane tank. I texted through their site to inquire and got a response quickly. When I showed up I received friendly greetings from everyone on site from the entrance to the pump. I parked and was immediately approached for assistance. Went inside and was given directions on getting propane. Pulled up to the pump and was filled and on my way in mins. I'm new to propane tanks and was really nervous about the process as they're intimidating and heavy but they made it all a breeze and unloaded and loaded the tank back up for me. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend. I don't know what pump etiquette is but next time I'll bring a tip. One of the rare occasions when you really want to pay extra by leaving a tip for this good of service. read more

We test drove/looked at 12+ units. Probably more! The unit we purchased had just come in about a week ago. The make ready dept did a great job. Salesman, Don, was informative but never pushy (we got the impression he was transparent with the requested information). Pointers for shopping for your RV: they're not your friends. Keep your information private. Get pre approved! We went with and stuck with RBFCU - the best rates for you the consumer. Don't believe what the finance dept tells you at ANY dealership. They make money off your deal. Again. Get pre approved. Used RVs DON'T come with a warranty. If you're lucky - it might have some of it leftover from the mfg. if not. Shop around for an extended warranty (we used Good Sam). Do write down all your concerns and questions. Don't assume anything. This is a business transaction. Leave your emotions at the door. Buying accessories? Shop around. The Crestview store has a great selection and they're super helpful. They have a FIRM policy of 15% restock fee. Be sure you REALLY REALLY need it. No exceptions to this policy. Our technician, Jesse, that went over our rig was knowledgeable, helpful and made some great suggestions regarding maintenance. He answered every question and then some! I had a great experience working with Jared, Bob, and Francisco from Crestview RV. I am active duty military and am normally stationed in California. I lived out of my previous RV for 14 months until it was flooded and totaled. While out here, I decided to start shopping for a new RV. When I told my circumstances to Jared, he offered a short-term storage option for me to consider and gave recommendations of local vendors that could assist me in shipping the RV, if I decided to buy from Crestview. Bob was extremely helpful with the financing piece and was in constant communication until everything went through financially. Francisco was my servicing technician, and he was super knowledgeable about the RV. He gave me recommendations of what to purchase to further enhance the functionality of the trailer. This could not have been a better experience. Joe Hough was our salesman and no matter what we asked to see, he showed us. At the same time, when we asked questions, he didn't sugar coat it, he gave us a straight up and honest answers. TJ took care of us in the sales/accessories shop. He also did not sugar coat anything. (I love that by the way). He didn't try to up-sale us on everything like most salesman do. If we asked for a specific thing, sometimes he would tell us a better option for what we needed the item for even if was less expensive. Bill and Bennet handled our paperwork and financing and got us through it like a breeze. They made the process seemless and stress free. Angel, my man. We had an issue with the wiring in the back of the truck and the brakes were just not working. He (and Andy (super sweet and cool as hell) spent hours getting the wiring fixed so the lights on the trailer would work so we could take it home. Not once did we feel like we were a bother for the trouble (and the heat index was over 100 that day). He then took us through the walkthrough to make sure we understood how everything worked and happily repeated instructions when we asked for a repeat. In my Opinion I Would have given Crest View RV 5 stars but in short service department PDI sucks, first with the positive. I basically bought my 2022 Cougar 25RDS almost sight unseen I was an out-of-state buyer and my experience with Jered from sales was very positive quick response to all my questions including videos I requested. I hired a independent RV Inspectors and Crest View RV had no issues with that at all and that gave me some comfort. Jered was there to assist them with any question they had. The Camper was ready for them upon arrival with water and power hooked up. Rob from Finance was quick to send out the paperwork and was easy to understand, I had no pressure to buy any of the Extended services or products. I was planning on driving up to get the camper but unfortunately my truck got rearended, Crest View was nice enough to offer to hold my camper I bought from them in storage for 30 days if needed thank you. Now to the service department LACK of PDI/I had a transport company deliver my camper from Selma TX to Ventura County, CA that took them 24 hours straight. upon delivery I noticed the following, Propane tanks hold down rod was not even threaded into the bottom bracket extremely dangerous; one propane bottle was left opened, Main battery was not secured down at all, battery terminals loose negative terminal came loose on the road and dragged, all tire pressures were at 35 to 40psi instead of 80psi surprised a tire didn't blow, one of the wheels the lug nuts were loose almost hand tight extremely dangerous. Camper was missing a DOME light cover. Solar system was not working due to a blown fuse, all holding tank valves left opened, holding tank valve handles not tightened and fell off on the road. spare tire was loose also extremely dangerous. Some of the items above could have potentially harmed someone on the road or worst yet killed someone on the road. I am a Aircraft Technician if we were doing these kind of half ass inspection/PDI we would all be in trouble, come on CrestView Service Department these campers are not rocket science at all. In conclusion, would I buy another camper from Crest View RV in the future yes I would, but I wouldn't let the service department touch the rig, next time around I would drive over do my own PDI with the sales department. I ordered a part (which was 438.00), however, it turned out this was not even the part I needed. The actual part I needed was not available and was backordered ALL over the country. The manufacturer acknowledged the issue. But, when I returned the part the very next day, with original receipt, Crestview said they would have to charge a restocking fee of 15%. They could choose not to charge that fee, but did anyway. The biggest problem is they knew this would be an issue and I could tell they did not want to tell me about that restocking fee. Be prepared. You will be bent over regardless of receipt, or original packing material. read more

Recently conducted some business at Crestview RV Superstore. I originally was going by to look at several products and while there, I chatted with Janie. She was very welcoming and was informative. She was able to answer a lot of questions, about several RVs that I had seen that I was possibly found a few RVs that I was interested in. After a few days, I decided to call about on the RVs there, at no time was I ever pressured which made this an awesome experience. Jared, Janie's work partner was awesome as well. During, the PDI, Eric gave us a very thorough walk through and showed us everything that we needed as well as answered technical questions. Demonstrated the different features so we knew exactly how the RV worked. Once, we got to finance closing portion, Rob did an excellent job in explaining the contract and the warranties. Today is May 18. Our brand new 2022 Montana High Country fifth wheel has been in the Crestview (selma) service dept since JANUARY 5th. When we picked up the unit, the large slide was not working correctly. After 3 hours of waiting, they said it was fixed. IT WAS NOT. We have used the unit 2 times (with the slide being wonky) then we took to the service dept. They said "We'll get right on this!" They never call with updates. They took 3 MONTHS just to figure out the slide-out problem. (bent bracket) THEN they called the manufacturer for help (Keystone). THEN we had to wait for the part. (WHICH WAS LOST) AND THEN it had to be ordered again. How do I know all this? I HAD TO CALL THEM OVER AND OVER AGAIN. Along the way we cancelled rv trips months in the making and lost money and memories along the way. Buying this RV was the easy part. Getting it out of service is almost impossible. Crestview did not perform an adequate pre-delivery inspection (PDI) to ensure that everything was in good working order after purchasing. We found major issues in a very short time. We found the technician hard to understand and not able to teach. There was several new features to our new RV that left us confused and not able to understand from his instructions. Trust begins with Crestview actions. I'm surprised that Crestview would allow the a shop technician to represent Crestview. Have purchased travel trailer and have had their service department service 2 trailers. Upgraded to a Jayco 5th wheel and had to buy from.another dealer but used this dealer for service. Have experienced some delay in service work previously. Recent visit, had a 3 week wait for appointment, level setting with service that I had a family vacation planned 3 weeks after my appointment. 2 weeks into service and being told it was being "looked at", found out they hadn't performed any work. Days before our vacation departure I was told that a new axle was needed. Many details left off of this review. Main points are delays in service work being performed after scheduled appointment and limited to no updates from service as to what the status is. And a $1,600 cost to cover a rental RV to allow us to continue with our travel plans. Steve.. I do have the correct location. Adam and JD (and now Sonya, new employee) are aware of all the details. I am currently on the family vacation that is impacted by this service "delay". As far as prioritizing customers, I am a customer! My fist RV was a year old used CrestView Selma Jayco. Then traded it in on a new Jayco bumper pull unit from your Selma store. My mom has recently purchased a Jayco Jay flight on my recommendation. My next purchase post 5th Toy Hauler (Jayco Seismic Wave) may have been back at your store (Class A or Super C). Not even adding all of the parts and upgrades through your parts department. After going through all the bullshit with these people that they wanted to run my credit because We are married. 5 days pass then they said no because we didn't have enough resident proof. So I told him to stick the RV up their ass. A few hours later they call my husband to go pick it up but only under his name. They told me it was cleaned out we took it to the beach found out that there's a water leak in one of the lines and there was shit poop in the toilet tank where they did not clean. I do so much want to give this company a positive review but every time with the exception of the last time the customer service sucks not stink but sucks Our rv is practically new Jan. Made one year we have had it and we spent more time with it in the shop and having to have the same issues redone because not fixed correctly the first time. Today I arrive at 9:25 to pick up our rv. Went inside checked in went back outside waiting for service and even though it appeared myself and maybe one other customer was inside it took til 9:37 for someone to serve me and yes it's 5 min to 10am I'm still standing outside waiting for our rv yo be brought around . Now tell me again what's the purse of calling the day before to get an arrival time if you'll aren't going to have the paper work ready and the rv pulled up! This location definitely has the worst customer service and guess what I'm still waiting What's even more surprising they know my husband is retired military and I'm a Navy Veteran and our kids serve you would think that alone would earn us a little better quality service ! Horrible service and shame on leadership for allowing this type of service to be served ! There should be some sort of guideline as to how long pick should take ! It's 10:01 and I'm still standing here In the military we would call an immediate training time out for this type of issue Feel free to check the video on your property to confirm the devices being rendered You wouldn't want to be served like this so why serve others this way!!! We purchased a Wolf Pup 2018 To. They clean the tires make them shine, 20 miles dwn the road blow out.. They don't clean the inside of the RV, they are friendly enough I guess but after the purchased during pick up the guy brings you in and you're wondering why are we just waiting here, dude pushes you to keep purchasing lying telling you his products are cheaper. You stay in there for 20/30 or more minutes trying to figure out why aren't you signing papers to take your RV home I didn't appreciate that part at all..The guys in the office aren't friendly at all in my opinion. I needed to get my plumbing pipes repaired. I called to make an appointment and was told to bring my RV in a week later. I was told that they had to have it on the lot, but it could take a week to ten days before they even looked at it. That didn't make sense to me but I accepted the process because I needed the repairs. I had to call to check the progress numerous times. When they finally got around to looking at my RV, I was told that they couldn't make the repairs and had to order a new tank because they couldn't just replace the pipes. It has been over a month and I still don't have my vehicle. I don't get any information unless I call to check the status of the work being done. I called over a week ago and was told the technician was almost done and it should be ready the next day. I called back two days later on a Friday and was told that it still wasn't ready and that it should be ready by Monday or no later than Tuesday. I waited until this evening but before the service department closed to check the status and it still isn't ready. I was told that the technician had to check his work to make sure there are no leaks. I will see if I get a call tomorrow. I would not recommend anyone take their RV there for repairs. To top it off the repairs are costing me over $1,000. This is a lesson learned and I hope no one else has to go through. I hope that my review helps and saves someone else from the headache of dealing with their service department. read more

Purchased a $42,000 used 5th wheel. The purchasing process was pretty simple but that is the only thing that was good. We had RV delivered with a 3rd party but before that my wife went to do a walk thru of the unit. Everything still seemed to be ok, until the into was delivered. The black water and both gray water tanks were still full from the previous owner!!!! Had in writing that both propane tanks would be filled but only one was. During the walk thru we were not shown or told about having 2 gray water tanks. I don't understand how an RV can be said to be ready for sale to a customer when the damn tanks hadn't even been emptied. That was completely unacceptable and we will not be using this dealership for anything in the future. read more

came out to look at a two year old trailer that they said was in good condition. Sent videos of everything wrong with it. So I traveled a total of 500 miles round-trip to see the trailer. But when I showed up the trailer looked like it. Had Gorillaz living in it. Everything was damaged very badly and they never showed it any of the videos or mentioned it before traveling out there. So they are very dishonest. It was Don that I worked with do not trust This individual. New prospective buyers BEWARE!!! Purchased a brand new 2022 Montana High Country fifth wheel trailer in Oct 2021. Issues started at the time of pickup to take home our new purchase. Slider issues from the get go that put us in a situation with our first camping trip. Slider failure - back to service. Today 5 Months later!!!! We are still waiting for the repair of a brand new trailer!!!! We are stuck in this nightmare waiting for a defective part from original assembly. We are now waiting for the same part that has been lost in shipping after excessive delays 2 times now. You can't make this stuff up. Basically we are up a creek with no paddle and the dealership doesn't really give a crap. They have their money, manufacturer lemon applies to three failed fixes. Well it's been 5 months to even have the opportunity to see if this replacement part is the first fix. We have lost out on three camping trips paid ahead with now cancel fees. Paying for covered storage that hasn't been used because the damn thing has been in their service department. We didn't want to cancel our storage as covered storage for trailers is quite hard to come by. We have now lost track with the service rep texting updates since their are obviously no updates to share. Go somewhere else to buy!!!! We totally regret. Check all the functions of any trailers if something's not right don't take it!!! read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CRESTVIEW DEALER IN SELMA ! We purchased a Fifth wheel from Crestview RV Selma In mid December . I DO NOT KNOW IF THIS CRESTVIEW IN SELMA IS THE SAME CRESTVIEW IN BUDA and GEORGETOWN. WE made an offer it was accepted by management and one of our purchase stipulations that the unit would be detailed inside and the outside would be washed. Those were stipulations that were agreed upon and a few things to be addressed before delivery. We came to sign our paperwork on the day before Christmas eve. It was very cold, close to freezing that day. They knew we were coming to take delivery a week in advance of that date. I should have INSPECTED the UNIT BEFORE WE SIGNED PAPERS but I did not MY BAD. But............. I had stressed to the sales person how important it was to have the coach clean as it was filthy and looked like it had been stored for quite some time when we wrote the contract offer. The first thing when we began our walk around is the coach outside had never been washed. I told the gentleman Tech who was beginning the walk around that we were disappointed the coach looked like it did. He said wow we have had freezing weather and I stated they have had warm weather for the previous week since we put our contract on the unit and it was accepted. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN A RED FLAG TO ME AT THAT MOMENT. They went and got the service manager and he began to make excuses for the coach due to weather I told him to own the issue the weather had nothing to do with not getting washed and cleaned. THIS WAS A $75000 sale not a 10K travel trailer. WE showed the service manager when you ran your hand across the counter tops your hand was BLACK that's how dirty the inside was, same with the floor and they had also agreed to shampoo the carpet in the living room and bedroom which had not been done either. They gathered up a few folks and began to clean the coach inside and out. We waited in the car for almost an hour. MY WIFE WAS READY to NULLIFY the deal at that point and now I wish we would have with the vents that followed. THAT'S RIGHT IT GETS BETTER I CANT MAKE THIS CRAP UP ! WE are full timers and hired a driver to deliver our unit to our RV park. This was the best experience of our Purchase day! He was great he set up our new used Purchase levelled it all up and left. We began moving all out stuff out of our old RV into this new one and we bedded down early in our new used fifth wheel. We fired up the furnace set it on 65 degrees and went to bed . Around midnight our DOG woke us up barking frantically and we discovered our inside was saturated with the smell of raw propane. REMEMBER WE ACTUALLY TURNED ON THE FURNACE ABOUT 9 PM and woke up by our DOG at MIDNIGHT. I frantically turned the furnace off and closed both propane tanks and opened all the windows to get the smell out. About 4 am we used the fake fireplace heater to heat the living room up enough for us to get a couple hours sleep. WE NEVER TURNED THE FURNACE OR PROPANE ON AGAIN. MONDAY the day after Christmas I called my salesman and told him to have the GM or owner to call me. NEVER HEARD FROM THE OWNER OR GM but finally got a call from the service manager. HE IMMEDIATELY INSULTED MY INTELLIGENGE by asking me if we had accidentally turned one of the stove burners on by accident ? REALLY ? this is my wife and I's 14th RV purchase over 35 years. I explained all the things we have found wrong with the coach including the Propane issue and the KITCHEN SLIDE was rocking back and forth when you open the fried the slide moved almost 4 inches. You could almost run your hand outside from inside the coach. The service manager told me to get the unit back to the dealership and I told him I paid to have it delivered and I was not paying to have it brought back there that we were full timers and he would need to get us a hotel room. He was going to send some one out. The tech showed up and the first thing he did was take the EMPTY PROPANE TANKS OUT OF THE UNIT. HE REPLACED THEM with FULL tanks and ran a Propane pressure test and LOW AND BE HOLD NO LEAKS! SO WHERE DID 80 LBS of propane disappear to ????????????? The furnace did NOT USE 80 LBS of Propane in less than 4 hours. IT WAS LEAKING INSIDEB THE FIFTH WHEEL AGAIN WE ARE LUCKY TO BE ALIVE! The Tech left and came back with a helper and they fixed the slide to my satisfaction. HE STATED he was going ton run pressure tests on the tanks and Replace the Tank PIGTAILS on my unit. IT HAS BEEN 7 DAYS I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THE TECH, Service manager, NOR THE OWNER OR GM IF THEY ARE ONE OF THE SAME to check up on us WHATSOEVER,THEY GOT OUR MONEY AND EVIDENTLY ARE DONE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP ! THE BAD REVIEWS OUTNUMBER THE GOOD ONES 4 to 1 ! MY WIFE CANNOT HARDLY SLEEP IN THIS UNIT SHE DOES NOT TRUST THE UNIT as WE CANNOT TRUST THE DEALER! After reading a couple reviews I was extremely skeptical about this store. After looking for the perfect RV for over 8 months I was so set on the RV we wanted and it was at Crestview. I thought let me just take a chance. I'm so thankful we did. As soon as we pulled up Steve A. was already outside with a smile on his face ready to guide us where we needed to be, we felt so welcomed. He showed us the unit as well as some similar, he answered any and every question we had. Mind you this is our first time buying an RV so we had A TON of questions. Not even an hour later we knew wanted to go with it. Steve made the entire process so so easy and enjoyable. We were also lucky to have Cody help us with the financing aspect. very disappointing experience with service dept. It took over six weeks to get my brand new trailer out of the shop, and I never heard from them except when I called (and my calls were dropped several times). 742 miles, 13.5 hours WHY?? Why would anyone drive that far to buy an RV? Because I got a fair honest deal. I wanted to buy locally in Albuquerque NM, but they would not give me a fair price for my trade. $7000+ difference in price. Being a born & raised Texas I will not be played by a dealer. I found this dealership online then with just a few e-mails & phone conversations I felt I could trust them. Still a crap shoot until you meet them in person. John Garcia (salesman) made this deal with an honest deal/fair price. After talking with him I was confident enough to drive this far based on the deal offered. Richard Dilloway (finance) made the paperwork easy & I felt very confident I was getting a fair deal. [no hidden agenda] Michael (service) did a good walk through explaining anything he felt was important & giving advice on trailer/products needed. Service Department went through the trailer for 2 days, checking, testing, finding factory faults, fixing them, cleaning trailer, etc. I will leave Texas knowing I got the best price for new trailer & my trade. PS. If you do drive down eat at Abel's Cafe & stay at the Comfort Inn, both within a 1/2 mile of Crestview RV. read more

This place has absolutely the best service department of any type dealership we have used. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and fair.

The receptionist who answers the phone is the rudest person I have ever had the unfortunate contact with on a phone. She will answer one question very rudely then hang up the phone before you bother her with another question, and it is a sin if you try to call back and interrupt her again. This has happened on two separate occasions. Do not bother to try to send an email thorough their web site to ask any questions you will never hear a thing back from them. They were rated one star because there is no lower rating. read more
