Mark did so much online research as well and YouTube became his best friend! We always found our way back to Joseph Sendejo at ExploreUSA RV Supercenter - Seguin because he always listened to us and answered all of our questions without an agenda. We got a few good offers from other RV centers, but Joseph beat them all and we ended up purchasing the 2020 model 6 months ago and couldn't be happier. Even after attending the RV show this year and seeing some new features in the market, we still think our 2020 RES is the best because it feels like home. He advised me that everything worked on this unit and he had personally checked it over. I again advised him that before i spend $167,000, I would feel more secure with an unbiased outside inspection which I am more than happy to pay for. ($300-$400 inspection is a whole lot cheaper than $167,000) He advised me that he is not the right dealer for that. Says he doesn't have 50 employees running around and he will only spend his time with people that fly in and want to drive a motorhome home. Well Charlie, I guess you have some more time on your hands now because i'm not gonna waste my time making the drive if you're scared to have an expert evaluate your product!

After calling many places and their favorite word for repainting the outside was NO we no longer do that we contacted Lifetime Roof. They said YES. Outstanding job done, Lifetime roof put on, and the little tin can is ready to roll! Absolutely would give anybody their number if work is needed for their RV. Gavin is honest, extremely easy to work with, and kept us informed on the progress. The painter did an outstanding job. Even keeping the RV and redoing areas they were not happy with. Please beware that once your new purchase leaves their lot they will bo longer communicate with you. I have sent them 4 emails regarding the issue i found upon bringing 5th wheel home. I have sent their corporate office 2 emails regarding same. Not one response from either. They told me all the things they would do to the rv before it left lot. Not one thing was done. I call this bold face lies. I will be going to the dealership next week unannounced in person and I guarantee that I will get answers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! One more thing, I had a Class A coach to put on consignment with them to sell. They seemed sketchy about this and low-balled me on what they could sell it for. I tool it to Pop Sells and sold it in 10 days for $10k more than I was asking and this was after they took their 10% commission. Pop's team are great communicators. Anthony and Rudy do not know the value of communicating and obviously they do not want to "face the music" regarding them not honoring their promises In summary Anthony and Rudolfo are nothing but cheap used car salesmen who are willing to do anything to make a sale.
