    The sofa area that had not been cleaned.

    I bought my trailer in March or April. Didn't really get into it until May. I had to take back because a/c didn't work as soon as we get it home. They ordered

    Cliff notes: *Bought brand new RV. 2021 *Before picking it up we received call that it was damaged during transport. *Two weeks later we picked it up. ( told it would be 4-5 days) *One month later our first RV trip (4 nights) *Hot water heater doesn't work *Called roadside warranty, that I was told is a "must buy" by the Seguin RV warranty "finance" specialist..... never did receive roadside service during our first RV adventure. Called 3 (THREE) different roadside company's and all were busy....one roadside company actually asked the model number of the heater....hewanted to make sure the company (water heater maker) pays out in a timely manner. SMH *Dropped off RV for repair back at Seguin RV *Was told I'd receive a call in 2 days to let me know what the issue is, that didn't happen *Week later... *RV is ready *Went to pick it up to only find it nose deep in the mud. *Drove back to the front and told them what I found *Tractor was sent and pulled RV from a trench. Mud so deep back that the septic hose holder had mud covering it when i got home to inspect. It was so muddy where Seguin Rv parked my rv that the tongue lift was bent backwards. *Waited around for an hour for repairs *They didn't even replace it with the same tongue jack....this one looks much smaller and lifts slower... ***BOTTOM LINE, most of these people that work here just tell you want you want to hear.

    Well for starters Seguin RV is not BBB accredited, their service is horrible, read below! 03/16/2018 During Hurricane Harvey my RV I purchased at Seguin Rv was damaged, I took my Rv back to Seguin Rv on December 8, 2017 to be repaired we contacted them several times during the three months they had it, finally March 10, 2018 we were able to pick it up, we were told all repairs had been made. Our Progressive insurance had paid Seguin Rv in full, upon inspection prior to leaving with the RV, we found most of repairs had not been performed, I contacted Progressive and was sent a breakdown of what was owed to us so we could take it else where to get the repairs they did not do, I was give a "We Owe Statement" on March 10th, and was told the check would be mailed Monday March 12th, I gave them time and called them today March 16th to see if check had been mailed only to be told, he wasn't sure and would call me right back, there has been no call back from Seguin RV. Bottom line is they tried to take advantage of me and get paid by insurance for work that hasn't been performed. I still haven't received a refund to get these repairs fixed elsewhere. I am rejecting this response because: I do not think my request is unreasonable, what is unreasonable is Seguin RV keeping our RV for three months, not doing the insurance work or the warranty work as promised and then expecting us "the customer" to accept your offer. If you were in our situation you would be very upset as well. At this point, I will accept Seguin RV refund money for all work that wasn't done and half the deductible, since I still have to take it elsewhere to have the work done. When we bought the RV from you facility, I really thought your company had integrity and that is why we took our RV back to Seguin RV for the work to be done, we could have taken it to a shop closer to home but, we didn't, we took it to you and your service department took advantage of us, they brought it out dropped it off and left quickly, they knew they hadn't completed all the work, "there was an itemized list of work to be done". Is there checks and balances, not only for the customer but, also for your company. All I'm asking is to be fair, we know what wasn't done and have proof, you only know what your service department is telling you, we sent pictures of taillight and ladder. I understand you have a receipt for the ladder, I'm not sure what they did with the new ladder but, the one on my RV is not new, I know you want to call it an oversight but, take a look at the list of all work that wasn't done, that is not an oversight.  I strongly suggest if you are looking to buy an RV or type of recreational vehicle go somewhere else other that Seguin Rv.
