They gave me an easy out for selling the car- no test drives, no lengthy questions, no asking for all the parts receipts for every gadget I put in there. The manager is conveniently never at the store. They will put you on hold forever hoping that you give up and go away. They do not go over a parts list with the customer to ensure all the items are present at the point of sale. The employees are apathetic, uninterested in customer service, and disinterested in their jobs. This store is trash and "managed" (I'm stretching that term to incredulity) by a absentee manager. The fact that O'Reilly's regional manager allows this store to continue with consistently poor reviews shows that O'Reilly's is a trash company with incompetent upper management.
