The employees are apathetic, uninterested in customer service, and disinterested in their jobs. This store is trash and "managed" (I'm stretching that term to incredulity) by a absentee manager. The fact that O'Reilly's regional manager allows this store to continue with consistently poor reviews shows that O'Reilly's is a trash company with incompetent upper management.
