The customer service I received from the Buggy Warehouse is the worst I have gotten from any business in the city of San Antonio. On Monday July 20, 2015 I stopped by the store to return a seat adjusting slider knob that did not come with the locking clip, I told one of the store attendants that the part did not work and I did not want it. Well, they are two seats and each one takes one knob. He proceeds to right me a credit ticket, which I was not aware he was doing, two minutes later he approaches me and I tell him I want to replace the part with the last one he has on his stock hanging from the wall.
He gets real nasty with me, raises his voice and tells me that he has already gone thru the trouble of writing a credit ticket, I apologized for not letting him know and he proceeds to throw the part I am returning and getting the replacement part and throwing it across the counter as well. He then tells me that the part he sold me two days prior had no damage. What amazes me is that he told me all this and he did not open and inspected the part before I took it with me to make such an allegation. I was blown away by his unprofessionalism and unethical skills.
I have spent over $1,500 at this store during the last year and will not be spending a cent more here. I rather wait for my parts on the mail and have a peace of mind that a vendor has my back and cares for their customers, the ones that pay the bills.
