While he was taking notes, the owner came up to me and asked me to move my car (it's a teeny lot) so someone could get out. No issue, went to move my car and an older gentleman that got his car taken care of stopped me and told he that this place was THE best place he's been to and they'll take really great care of me. After getting my car serviced here, I have to agree with him!!! I feel very comfortable leaving my car in their hands. I didn't feel like I was being scammed or talked to crazy. Shop owner Luis kept in touch with me to tell me what exactly the issue was, what the plans were, and the cost for parts + labor. Very professional and polite!!!! It was my first time coming here and I'll definitely be coming back.

When I went to the shop, I noticed that the rear window was torn up. I pointed this issue out to the staff members. These people tried to gaslight me and said that I "dropped off the car as is." Not to mention they added unnecessary charges such as a new starter because one of their techs burnt out the starter. They also made me pay for a new flywheel, which was not needed because they did not service the rear main seal. The car was never the same since then. For the time the car was serviced from them, the car has only moved about 50 miles.

She has her car towed to Chad Miller Auto Care and calls me to say she needs a new battery and is being quoted $645. I was able to take my car in that afternoon and it was taken in right away. They showed me what my brakes currently looked like and made a recommendation for service. Once I agreed they called to get parts and began working on my vehicle. The staff was friendly and efficient. The price was fair for the work I needed done. I would say it was comparable to other places. The difference here was the friendliness of the staff, the offer to show me why I needed the work done that they said I needed, and the time it took them to get me in and out. I went to get food at a nearby restaurant while I waited and they even brought me my car keys into the restaurant when servicing was done!
