Purchase a Brinkley Z Air310 on June 30th. At the time the unit was picked up there was an issue with the entry door. I pointed it out to the tech and he said that they would put in a claim with Brinkley. They DID NOT put in the claim. After returning from a trip to Nevada around August 21; the following week I called the service department at Cibolo several times leaving messages because no one would answer the phone. It is now September 16th and still no call back. Crummy service department. I have since called Funtown RV Houston (actually Wharton) and they actually answer the phone and scheduled the service. Also, watch out for the finance department; they do not fully disclose the terms of the loan. Yes, I should have read the agreement more closely, but the early payoff penalty is a significant part of the loan agreement that I feel the finance guy should have been more clear in his disclosure of the terms. As a side note: On our way back from Nevada the trailer bakes and tail lights stopped working. We had it repaired in Albuquerque at Meyers RV. A great family owned RV dealer. I submitted the bill to Brinkley and was promptly reimbursed. read more

Skyler worked with us for well over a month and answered all of our questions from how many amps a Furrion chill cube uses to how to drain the fresh water tanks. I put a 1K refundable deposit on a travel trailer at the end of December. After deciding not to proceed with the purchase Funtown refused to refund my deposit (contrary to the written sales order). It took countless phone calls and emails to get in contact with someone outside of the Cibolo location. Only escalating the refund refusal to upper management and quality-assure was my refund initiated. It took several business days to receive the refund into my account. Do Not put a deposit to hold a unit and if they refuse to refund you do not accept that as it isn't a legal practice. Just my frustrating experience hope it isn't a common practice here. read more

Funtown was a much better experience from buying, to financial to actually picking up the camper process. The manager I spoke with was a snarky jerk, and also a liar. They WILL NOT fix anything when it breaks. You will have to pay to have it fixed by an outside entity.
