Great people to work with…read more This past weekend our bathroom faucet handle broke off at 2:30 am and water gushing out on top of the sink and around the floor. Guesses are the cheap plastic handle froze last week and finally broke off. I had to turn off the water outside to stop the geyser. We have dealt with MFRC in the past and trusted their work. So the next morning (Sunday) I called and left a message for them to see if they would fix our issue. I fully did not expect them to return my call until Monday. I received a call from Paul, the owner and he said he'd come out to fix our issue. He did so even though it was on a Sunday and this was out of their service area. He came out and replaced the damaged faucet within 15-20 minutes. Faucet is nicer than the one that was broken and metal - not some cheap plastic thing. I called the service contract company and they got the approval fairly quickly but I did not get on the schedule until I called looking for an appointment and the technician had no clue that I requested service for both the a/c and refrigerator.1 week after they repaired the a/c we started having problems with the a/c and we were not added to the schedule we just put on a waiting list type of thing. They would come out when the techs were finished with the other customers then maybe they would have time to stop by on the way home to check our a/c. They worked on our refrigerator when they came back the second time to work on our a/c and it did not work. The tech mentioned it needing some other part and he would let his boss know and he would come back, I called back several times because I never heard back from them and I kept getting different stories. They kept telling me that they were going to request the additional work from the warranty company but that never happened . I ended up having to call someone else and I had to pay another deductible. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional and un responsive
