What can i say? First of all they are NOT quick to fix! I had a really bad leak by my r v hot water line and i would have had to wait a week and a half to get it fixed! It took me almost the same length of time to get an appointment and then they did not show up till it was dark just to reschedule! I left two messages the day they were to show up only to be told the were in a meeting in the middle of a "work day"?! I told them to forget it, i will find someone that really wants my business and money! read more

Ken is a very nice guy & very personable but extremely difficult to get a hold of. He never calls you back! I texted him & called his office. I left messages with his girlfriend/office manager, that he wasn't responding & she said she'd relay the message. Nothing! After months I gave up!! Secondly, he replaced our roof 2 years ago at $8000 because he felt it had tears in it & could get our insurance company to pay for it (Our insurance rates have been SO high ever since). Looking back, I think it was a scam so he could make $8000. Now, less than 2 years later it completely blew off when we were driving down the freeway. Of course his warranty is only for 1 year! Don't use him!!! A new roof should last more than 2 years!!! When we contacted him about it, he accepted no responsibility. The new facility that replaced the roof the 2nd time stated that there was no evidence of glue on the previous roof, hence the reason the roof literally detached from the RV! At the time, we lived in our RV and were forced out for 3 weeks so the roof could be repaired. If we didn't move out of state, we would have taken this case to court. Beware!!
