Cutis is AMAZING. I just bought my camper and brought it to Abilene from OKC. Went to set it up and when I turned the water on, I heard water hitting the ground. I looked underneath and saw water pouring out on the other side of the camper. I went around and saw the water coming out of the tankless water heater compartment. Opened it up and saw the water shooting out of one of the copper tubes on the unit. Got Curtis's name from a friend and called him. He asked me some questions and diagnosed it over the phone that the line had frozen. He had a new one at the shop and came out first thing yesterday (less than 24 hours after I called) and had me fixed up in no time! He even made sure to double check all my fittings and went through the entire camper to ensure there were no more leaks. Throughout the service call he was gracious enough to answer a lot of questions for me. I actually learned more about my camper from him, than I did at the dealership where I purchased it! He even went as so far to verify that he has worked with the company that my warranty is with and let me know they have a good relationship. I can see why now!
