I bought two vehicles from these guys recently. The sales person Mark , beware if his mouth is moving its a lie. These guys are all about making a sale no integrity in this entire company. I called 3 times to talk to the owner Mark Hanner, needless to say he didn't return any calls. He must of realized they are busted. I traded a 2017 F350 with 11000 miles they gave me 57k for trade I went in this week to trade the 2019 chevy 3500 truck I bought in October with 6000 miles on it. They offer me 56 k for a 2019 3500 high country with 6000 miles on it keep in mind they gave me 57k for my 2017 F350 with 11000 miles on it. They said Chevolet trucks has the best resale value than any other company. I hope the Chevolet Companies see this, that one of their sales companies are saying a 2017 F350 with 11k miles on it is worth more than a 2019 3500 high country loaded truck with 6k miles on it. Don't shop here!!! Update 3-7-19 I have now called Mark Hanner 6 times and ask for return phone call he yet has had the decency to return a call. These guys all so sale campers at the same lot. Several bad reviews as well for customer service there to. 4-24-19 still after several calls to Mark Hanner no return call yet. That shows that he is ashamed that I caught his dishonest ways. They came to Abilene, picked up my car, took it back to dealer and performed an oil change, changed the battery in my key fob, rotate my tires, and bring it back under 3 hours time while I was at work. They were amazing and I will use them again and recommend them to my friends. read more

I travel for work. The customer service at this dealership is extremely helpful and do their best to accommodate unexpected needs. Heath in the service department was very friendly and worked me in as I was passing through town and needed a new headlight. This place is a joke! Been trying to work a deal out on a SUV since February 11 it is now March 6. Still no deal in hand and basically the dealer told me he can no longer meet my needs. I told him exactly what I was wanting in the beginning and he promised he get me what I was asking for. I just feel this is a bunch of hillbilly people trying to work a big city and falling way short. We called just before noon to see if we could get the oil changed not expecting to get in the same day. Surprise! The service technician Bobby was very nice and was able to get us in within an hour of us calling. Super service! We were in and out within 45 minutes, even after I asked for a tire rotation to be added to the oil change. The service area (mainly the office and parts areas) have recently been remodeled and enhances that area of the dealership. We always enjoy our time while waiting for any kind of service. Everyone is super nice! We will definitely recommend (and have already) Hanner dealership to our friends, family and anyone else in the market for a new or used vehicle. read more

Thanks for Jonathan for finding me out on the lot on the way to the "Big D" to find a truck. I was let down by a big city dealer and Jonathan and Chase were able to find me a truck that met all of my criteria. We had a small bump during the financing but they made it right and I left with an outstanding truck. The owner of the dealership and Jonathan were detailing the truck (and boy did it need it) while Chase and I drew up the paperwork. Since I bought the truck I've gone online to see if I could have done better and without a doubt, I couldn't have. I am still waiting for spare keys 3 months later.
