I was impressed with the cleanliness of the service center and the friendly associates. One of the sales associates Armando, even went to my mother's house to look at and identify a battery issue. He jumped her car and escorted her to the dealership to get it checked and replaced. As with most businesses with sales and service, the people that work there make the difference. I hooked a reader up and it has 24 codes thrown, none of which were coming up before I took it there. I brought it back and was sarcastically told if the codes didn't say transmission, then they weren't liable. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Then the service manager or somebody call me because I left a review that reflected my experience and he was more worried about the review than the service they provided because his guy was graded by how good his reviews were.
