We didn't plan on an alignment and two tires within the first month but the lesson is learned. Pay attention to all the details. That said, once aligned the truck drives great. 100% something a dealer should do before flipping a trade in. There's no excuse. The guys were nice and they got a good rate. So a few stars are earned but the disappointment after the fact means a couple are lost.

If you are overwhelmed with workload I understand I was just looking for communication on how long they'd hold onto my car, what they were fixing, and what the diagnostic was.
