Since that was not explained to me, I had no idea I had been driving around without the ability to remove my tire(s) and replace with the spare, if needed. The only comment to me, was that no one needs locking wheel nuts here. So, I called three places in the big city of Abilene, to find out what needed to be done. Also, I called the dealership in Weatherford where I purchased my truck. Lawrence Hall came to my rescue. On July 23rd, Aaron, Tom & Jimmy were my answer. I called the service department and spoke with Aaron in the service department. He said they had the item on hand. I arrived at their service department and was greeted by Jimmy, ready to purchase the locks, Aaron called Jimmy in the back and told him to give me the locks. I do not know any of these guys and did not know what I had done to deserve such a blessing. When we left and returned to my truck, Tom was outside talking with son and Matthew was having a great time. Tom had a set of tools to remove the former locks and put on the new ones. This was done in a matter of minutes. I certainly was blessed. Again, I don't know why these guys treated me so well but I sure do like it. Tom, Aaron, and Jimmy took excellent care of us and my family; they treated us like family. When ready to purchase a new vehicle, I will not hesitate to partner with Lawrence Hall. They will remain nameless. It is not my nature to slam a business. Personally, it shook my confidence and trust, though. Fast forward. Had to buy four new tires after the discovery of the "false care" from them. My son recommended Tom's Tire Pros, so I bought them there. I had to charge them so had all of the road hazard insurance added. Then, I called and had the wheels aligned there and decided to go there for my oil change. The alignment and the oil change cost less than I had paid at other places in the past. The topper came this week, though. I had been hearing a loud squeak in the springs or frame or whatever??? I took it up to them to ask if someone could drive it around slowly and listen to it to see if it could be fixed or what it would cost. One of the shop guys did just that and came in and was telling the service writer what he did. I walked up and asked him to tell me. He said it was the stabilizer that was squeaking and something about struts?? I'm a girly girl so understood some of it, but bottom line, I could replace something or other, but it would be fine without it. He greased the squeaking really well, with it on the lift rack and it was gone. There would still be a popping in the something?? I never heard that to begin with, and haven't still.? So, I asked the mechanic if he would replace the part and he said no. I said okay, I'm not. The replaced thing was $600. I went to pay, and they both said " No Charge "!! I tried to tell them thank you but could hardly get the words out with out crying I told them how much it means to me to be able to trust a business like theirs again!!!
