They took two days to "look" at my car and then had parts pulled apart on my car when they couldn't answer what they were fixing on the car. Their was no ropes closing off the oil pit and I've never gotten a worse response to asking for one of my possessions back (aka my car!) and when I asked they said "sure have this shit." If you are overwhelmed with workload I understand I was just looking for communication on how long they'd hold onto my car, what they were fixing, and what the diagnostic was. They don't like working on newer cars because of turbos so you're better off elsewhere. But if you're into potential fires this place will suit your needs.

You see.. driving back from Saginaw, TX to Los Angeles, we were involved in a highway incident that left our poor Chevy Volt with a pretty much destroyed front right wheel. As it turns out, it is virtually impossible to get the actual wheel in less than a week.. and it was hard enough to get even an INCORRECT temp wheel, but Lamanza and Brandon went out of their way to make it happen.. while we were stranded in Abiliene for 3 days.. that was MUCH better than the alternative SEVEN days required to get the right part. I verified from nearby Chevy dealers that this was actually a fact.. so, again, we are very grateful for everything Brandon and Lamanza did for us.. and might I say, the price was VERY reasonable, showing that they cared we were in a difficult situation and did their best to not make it worse.
