They took two days to "look" at my car and then had parts pulled apart on my car when they couldn't answer what they were fixing on the car. Their was no ropes closing off the oil pit and I've never gotten a worse response to asking for one of my possessions back (aka my car!) and when I asked they said "sure have this shit." If you are overwhelmed with workload I understand I was just looking for communication on how long they'd hold onto my car, what they were fixing, and what the diagnostic was. They don't like working on newer cars because of turbos so you're better off elsewhere. But if you're into potential fires this place will suit your needs.

The Jeep was older. It was in exceptional condition for its age. All the other Firestone's were short staffed and this one was helpful from my first call. I was in and out in less than an hour and they checked it all out to make sure nothing else was low and tightened my oil filter. And they bought Girl Scout cookies! So happy with this service.
