We dropped off the car and came back to pick it up the next week only to find out that it had not been touched and we were never notified. Granted these were not big repairs. These were small repairs and could've been done and completed quickly, but the biggest disappointment is that all the planning had been done and assurances were given, but they did not keep their word.

He said to come ASAP and I went right then. They were able to get the paint off of my car and you can't even tell it was there! What a win! Their lobby was spotless and they had coffee, water, and popcorn for waiting customers. The lady who answers the phone and greets people was courteous and friendly to everyone she spoke to-whether it was in person or on the phone. Had to return the vehicle 3 times for mistakes made by Caliber, including paint lines by spoiler,…read morewind noise from new wind shield and obvious sand and buff marks on existing headlight. Manager wouldn't accept responsibility and told me the marks were there before and that it was "sun damage" when it was visually obvious that a buffer made the marks and the car has no sun damage any where else on the car. After multiple trips to drop off and pick up the car, along with loss of use of the car for all the times it was being repaired, I asked if they could compensate for gas. Manager was rude and unprofessional and told me no, and hung up on me. Another Manager offered a gift card, which I thanked him for, but of course I never received anything. If I were you I wouldn't trust them with your car if you care about your car and your time at all.

Big Country Collision was very patient with me and took the time to help me understand what exactly was going on with my window and was able to get the parts I needed and have it repaired by the time I got off work the day I brought it in! They also found the best deal for parts so I wouldn't have to spend a fortune. I was able to get my window fixed for less than a 1/4 of what the other repair service was going to charge me. I'm incredibly grateful for them and being willing to help me out, even for something very simple. I will definitely come see them first if I ever need to come back for something.!

Abilene Safelite apologizes time and again on multiple reviews like this as if it's a popularity contest. Instead of playing games they need to get it right and run a service business. They go nuts if they hear a knock or doorbell on tv, when a real one happens it's mayhem. Apparently they had the wrong phone number, however they had the correct email, which i was checking often since getting up at ten am. Did not receive an email until 115 pm. Called to reschedule and was informed that the debit/ credit system is down and they will require cash or check. Its 2021 guys get paypal already nobody carries cash or checks. Service was not preformed, called my insurance cancelled the open appointment and will go with a local business.
