Incompetence is the hallmark of this experience highlighted with zero customer service resulting in no repair and a huge waste time. Abilene Safelite apologizes time and again on multiple reviews like this as if it's a popularity contest. Instead of playing games they need to get it right and run a service business. Called to reschedule and was informed that the debit/ credit system is down and they will require cash or check. Its 2021 guys get paypal already nobody carries cash or checks.
